I visit this place on Saturday the 30th of March. I didn't have a problem with the food or my server. I paid with the card, gratuity was included because it was a party of 7. Once I got my statement I saw that I had been overcharged. I contact the restaurant and spoke with Brenda Brenda said that I would have to speak with the owner I also called and left him a message which I didn't receive a call from him. I tried later that evening at the speaking with Brenda she said that she would contact her manager again I didn't hear back from Brenda so I called the manager. It was if my number had been blocked because I didn't receive an answer so I tried the restaurant again he answered and asked me to never call his restaurant again. I told him that I was only calling because I had been over charged and I was trying to get a refund. I let him know that him answering the telephone the way he did was very unprofessional. I also told him that he could keep the money if that makes him happy by overcharging people and getting over then his business would fail. So if you eat there and you use your credit card or debit card or anything to pay please be aware and check to make sure that you're not being overcharged. Yes I am one unsatisfied customer and I will never eat at this establishment again.

This was fun, my granddaughter enjoyed the huge milkshakes. The food was great for a soda fountain. Would recommend.Kid-friendliness: It's an open air atmosphere inside a mall. Tables and chairs are available as well as bar seating at the soda fountain.

Nice spot to eat before catching a movie at AMC Phipps Plaza (on the same floor as movie entrance). The service is good sitting at the counter. There isn't a particular wow factor, but their burgers are solid.Love the vintage American diner aesthetic! Not the largest space, but a good choice for a quick bite.

This is the second time i've arrived before their listed closing time and they conveniently closed 30 minutes early. I arrived at 5:32 when they are supposed to close at 6. They were still cooking burgers but refused to cook any for us claiming they had a "private event". I highly doubt they had a private event 2 times in a row. Realistically, the workers were too lazy and wanted to clock out of their shift early. This was on a busy weekend.

Pretty dismal experience. Haven’t into a Johnny Rockets in a long time for so many of closed this one took a long time even though no one was there. The tables were all dirty. I had t clean up and lay napkins over the table. Fries were, cold hamburger fell apart. Definitely not the product I remember even previously at this location. $20. Later pretty disappointed. When I told the manager that the fries were cold and inedible her response was “Well you’ve already eaten some of them.” I explained that I didn’t expect a refund especially since they seem so clueless, but expected at least an apology and maybe a smile. Sad how far this place has fallen.

Bar ( no alcohol) and small booth/ table area in their establishment. Other tables for all restaurants around too. Food good. They have chicken and turkey burgers for the no red meat eaters. Beyond burger for vegetarians. ( Not sure if it's good or not ) Bring back the pickle frys those we're best idea yall had that time ! I'll give you an extra star to put it on the menu . _ But seriously
I wanted the food from this restaurant. I was watching the football game and I didn't feel like driving. I ordered food through Uber eats for the first time ever. The service is wonderful. The food is delicious. I ordered 2 rocket singles and made them both doubles with a order of fries and a vanilla shake and I made it a malt shake. I grew up on malt milkshakes in Savanah Georgia. First time eating here delicious food.

Grabbed a quick bite here before going to a movie. The diner had a fun vintage 1950s vibe. The servers were dressed in bow ties. The food was decent - classic burgers and fries with great milkshakes. Food isn't exactly amazing but definitely achieves the goal of classic Americana.
