When we went the service was very slow and they were out of several items we requested like the vegan milkshake and vegan cheese (someone in our group had a milk allergy). The food we did get was very good, but it took a long time to get out to us.

We ordered a rocket burger, a double bacon cheddar burger, chili cheese fries, and cheese tots.
While the food we ordered was delicious, we did not receive two items and received something else. We ordered chili cheese fries but got chili cheese tots and our cheese tots were just plain tots. We ordered this to our hotel as I got sick and didn't want to go out. But the food was delicious and we were able to resolve this issue. The tots were delicious, including the chili cheese tots. Both burgers were cooked perfectly, were hot and juicy, and really hit the spot. I hadn't had Johnny rockets in years since I was in MD one year and as soon as I saw the restaurant I knew I had to grab some for nostalgia and a delicious treat, and boy did it live up to my expectations!

We wanted a classic hamburger before the concert. Glad to find Johnny Rockets because they had a good variety of American classic food - burgers, fries, and milkshakes plus good music playing.
The last time I ate Johnny Rockets was maybe 15 years ago and I was very satisfied with the flavor.
P.S. I had low expectations because lately all my childhood favorites have gone down in quality. Well, this was pretty good!

Absolutely awful experience. We called ahead of time to let them know we had a large group coming, and they said it would be no problem. When we arrived, the staff acted completely rude and irritated by us being there, even though we had gotten approval. They didn’t accommodate us at all, barely spoke to us, and acted like we were a huge inconvenience. One of the staff members even waved their hand in a members face in a very rude way.

Loved this restaurant a must have when we go to GA ! The burgers are sooooooo good and the milkshakes are old school.
Our waitress was super sweet and got my son’s order correct which is a plus for us , due to him being picky.
We went there to eat at 7:30 on Sunday and was told they were closed already.. and hour before google says.

Excellent service at the counter from Jennifer at lunch. I was promptly greeted upon entering. I ordered a cheddar bacon burger and a side of chili cheese fries. The fries were fantastic and the burger was decent. Unsweetened ice tea seemed a little weak. There may have been an issue with the ventilation system as there was a fan at the end of the counter that was forcefully blowing air on me.and my food. The restaurant was busy and all of the staff were trying to furiously clear and clean tables throughout the dining room.
