Terrible customer service. The whole bar was completely open and instead of allowing waiting customers to sit there, they made an entire crowd of people stand at the front while waiting on food. I ordered my food in a to go container so I could take it with me after as I knew I would not be able to finish it, and then they would not allow me to sit at the bar to eat after receiving my food. Bad experience. Please change the way you treat customers because I wouldn’t come here again.

Staff was great. Food was great. Burgers were real beef and not frozen patties. Grilled chicken was pretty good. Fries, onion rings and shakes were really good. Environment was nice with nice retro memorabilia. Old music fitting for the nostalgic feel. Prices were pretty good. We walked over after visiting the Coca Cola museum a block away. So you would hope that being this close to the Coca Cola museum their Coke products would be up to par. They fell very short on that hope. Their Coke was flat with no flavor. The Sprite was no good and the rootbeer had no fizz. They have good food but if the had good drinks as well this could be a Great place with the whole package. They need to step it up on the Coca Cola products. If I lived here in Atlanta I would certainly be back for the food, skip the pop.

Looked for something to eat before a Hawks game, and we decided on some burgers. It did not disappoint. Service was amazing too.

My burger was served fresh and was one of the best I've had in the city. The staff members were friendly. Conveniently located on a quiet street close to Centennial Olympic Park.
The inspection portal for the Georgia Department of Public Health rates Johnny Rockets in the 90s (last inspection on 9/25). Keep up the good work J.R.!
