We usually go to the Douglasville Johnny’s and love it, but tried the Cascade Road location to save the drive. Big mistake. The pizza tasted like it was reheated with overcooked cheese, and the 10-piece BBQ wings (normally my favorite) had a strange, unpleasant aftertaste like they’d been sitting out and reheated. Very disappointing — we won’t be ordering from this location again.

The young man that to my order over the phone was very patient & polite. He was very helpful when I picked up my order as well. There was a worker & man playing chess at the counter as well. I found that to be a little odd.

The pizza was one of the worst Johnnys pizzas that I have ever had in all my years of being a customer. I am a frequent costumer at various locations, so I have an expectation of Johnny’s pizza. Cheshire Bridge location has the taste, Virginia Ave. has it, and the Fayetteville location has it too.

Just a suggestion. Maybe you should see what those locations are doing as far as their recipe.

The pizza here is absolutely amazing, and the manager was outstanding. The server was rude, but the owner was very attentive to our needs, and cooked incredibly well

Sally customer service was top notch! We had a family of 7 and she took care of all of us. I wish every server was attentive like Sally! Definitely coming back asking for her.

I’ve been to a few Johnnys around town and this one has always been consistent with amazing service and pizza. It’s very clean and comfortable inside. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

Sally was so nice and sweet! The food was excellent everything was hot and fresh I wish I would’ve taken a picture but I was too busy digging in. Great food great vibes great people 5 stars isn’t enough 🥹

Pizza was perfect and service is fast! This location has definitely improved tremendously since new management has taken over.

Came in with my family recently. The pizza was SO good. My daughter loved the little arcade area!! The dining area and bathrooms were very clean. The open kitchen also looked very clean. The staff were all very welcoming. We will be back soon!

Pizza was amazing!! To my understanding this restaurant had recently re-opened under new management/ownership and the improvements are clearly evident from the food quality and taste, cleanliness and along with great service!

We had dinner at Johnny’s tonight and all we can say is Wow! The pizza was absolutely delicious and the wings had amazing flavor. We are so excited to have this very clean and well cared for pizza shop in the neighborhood. The new owners are there every day working hard to make the experience great! We wish them all the best and we can wait to return.

I ordered slices from here and I am disappointed by the quality. They just take premade cheese pizza and throw toppings on it and it doesn't even seem like it was heated up. Last time i ordered from here it was much better but I don't know what changed. Manager refunded so it's alright but I wouldn't go back. I've included photos from last time, which was good, and this time, which wasn't. Their made to order pies are probably better.
