Guys I’m still in shock! I finished my oxtails an hour ago and I’m still daydreaming about them. Lawd have mercy! These are the best oxtails I’ve had in a long time.

Upon arrival, we were given a warm welcome, and Adrian, the manager, walked us to our table, letting us know that Necia would be our server. Necia professional and pleasant personality was apparent. Her thoughtful service continued as she helped us navigate the menu. Necia food recommendations were perfect, and her help with selecting the drinks was on point. We were especially impressed that Necia proactively asked about our allergies. It's rare to find such an attentive and exceptional server. When I mentioned my birthday was on Monday, Necia and my friend teamed up to give me the most breathtaking surprise. It truly made my day. The food was absolutely authentic- chef's kiss! The snapper was cooked to perfection, and the curry goat was rich and flavorful. This hidden gem is hands down the best authentic restaurant in Atlanta. We can't wait to come back, and I'm definitely going to keep asking for Necia.

I went to j’ouvert on Saturday October 18,2025 my server was Necia, she is well rounded with the menu she could explain everything about the different foods and what is in each food. I will recommend Necia any day. She make me and my family feel welcome. She is such a excellent and professional server will go over and beyond for their guest.

We went to Jouvert Caribbean Cuisine in Atlanta last night, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. I called ahead for a group of three, and the manager on duty, Adrian, greeted us personally and made sure everything was ready when we arrived. From that first interaction, the hospitality felt warm and genuine.

Our waitress was a sweet Jamaican girl from Westmoreland, and she gave the kind of friendly, down-to-earth service that instantly made us feel at home. The food came right though the wait time was moderate, especially the rice and peas, which was honestly the best we’ve ever had. (Minus the extra pimento seeds lol) You could taste the authenticity and love in every bite.

The restaurant itself was clean, modern, and comfortable with a great island ambiance. You can tell they take pride in every details, from the presentation of the dishes to the professionalism of the staff.

If you’re looking for real Jamaican flavor in Atlanta…..not just the food, but the heart and warmth of the culture — Jouvert Caribbean Cuisine is the place. We’ll definitely be back! 🇯🇲🔥

Came straight for the Oxtails with my husband. The ambiance was beautiful. The food was good. I really enjoyed the Oxtails but my husband didn't like the snapper as much. Overall great experience! The drinks were great! Shoutout to Tee K. for her great service and great drinks! She gave us a coupon for a free drink and entree! Will definitely be back!

I had a small birthday dinner with some of my friends here and it was amazing! They played their version of a birthday song when they brought out my slice of red velvet cake with a a sparkler on top and the drinks were amazing! Our meals were cooked fresh to order, so delicious.
