This office is run by the most efficient, polite, and happy group I've ever seen in a government institution.

Every positive review about this passport office is 100% correct and then some. If you're in a time crunch to get your passport this office will absolutely have it ready for you the same day. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely efficient!

Ok let me first say I read the comments and was trying to get a sense of information before I arrived. EVERYONE ...,from the security guards (🙏🏿🙏🏿), the processors and ALL the staff on the 10th Floor were great and courteous.
My advice make sure you have you passport photos, documents already filled out, your appointment information, DL and parking will run you about $20 if you're there 20 minutes! Had early appointment 7am for expedited passport and got the text it was ready by 8:57am...... yeah Thanks and best government staff experience

Came in for a re-issue after USPS never delivered my passport, excellent service, smooth, got my passport in like an hour.

I realized my passport expired 48 hours before an international flight. I was able to book an appointment in the Atlanta Passport Agency for the next day in the morning at 9:30am. By 11am, I had my passport in hand. The people were all extremely friendly, EVERYONE, from the security to the tellers. This made an extremely stressful experience much better. This literally is the best run government agency I have ever dealt with. THANK YOU!!!

I was so nervous about getting my daughters’ passports so close to our planned trip. Once I arrived at my appointment, things were very organized and seamless! My appointment was at 8am and I was out the door at 8:32am! Tiffani (at the window) was so, so helpful and reassuring. I received a text at 10:54 reporting that the passports were ready for pickup, just as Tiffani explained. As long as you have an appointment, there’s no need to be nervous! The entire staff was great- right from Securiy Guard and the Greeter at the door, to the exit. Give them all a raise, especially Tiffani (from Charleston).

Less than twenty minutes from start to finish for a lost passport application. The staff is courteous and efficient, everyone from the security detail to the folks attending to customers. Kudos to everyone!
