K1 and Des Southern Spoon

Stumbled upon this spot for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The wings were on the smaller side, but the flavor more than made up for it - even the fries were delicious! Definitely will come back!

We found this spot by accident and glad we did. We got 20 wing zings & fries (half Georgia Ranch other half lemon pepper.) They owe us nothing, chicken was on point fried & seasoned PERFECT, even the fries was good.lol We will be back when we in town again. here’s a pic some chicken missing lol

I ordered the BBQ wings, potatoe salad, and bake beans, my date had the Georgia gold wings. They forgot about my corn bread on my plate and the BBQ sauce. The hot wings could've been fried for crispness, fries too. For the prices they could throw in a drink as well. I can say the staff was nice.

Hey I just wanted to warn everybody not to eat here the last time I went here I seen a rat crawl out of a hole in the bottom of the sink. and the worker ack as if she did not see it this is very unsanitary and and a big health issue .

Fries were nasty wings were nasty just soaked in honey. No blue cheese or ranch for wings. Pulled out a regular jar of mayo for burger.

I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries, and it was terrible. The burger was salty as hell, and the fries were undercooked. I ordered some wings and fries for my grandkids, my eldest grandson who is eight, said the fries were like they were in the oven for 1 minute.

I wanted a big JUICY burger and my sister came home with some of THE BEST burgers I've had in a long time. And the macaroni and cheese was SO GOOD!!! I usually don't like other people's mac n cheese, but his was DELICIOUS!

First off the service was excellent! Now about the food. My sides… collard greens, Mac and cheese and white beans were AMAZING!!! I also had rib tips and the were delicious as well. All in all it was an awesome first experience! I will definitely go back to try some items.

Found this gem the other week and I must say, I’m truly happy to support this local spot. After reading the consistent positive reviews, my wife and I went there to try the ribs. Des himself greeted us at the window and was just as kind as everyone described. He instructed us to pull around to the drive through and that it would be about 10 mins. The ribs were delicious! They were not only smoked but the rub he used made it very flavorful as well. The collards were flavor and spicy too. Overall, the food was very good and this will be my go-to spot when I have a rib fix.

This is definitely a golden gem!!! Run and check it out!!!

I must say the food was on point, everything was made fresh. Portion size good amount. I'll consider it's one of my go to spots now.

I went at night, 1am. The chef is nice and he gave me recommendations but I came for the patty melt. It's just like the pictures. It's huge cheesy and the onions are perfect caramelized. It was sooo good. I got wings with Like 5 flavors it was good too. 5 stars

So me the fam were famished..we look up pick up places and see Southern Spoon. We check out the menu and decide on our orders. Unc was super cool. Very polite and prompt service. Unc a one man band in there. We had 4 different plates. Food was ready under 30 mins. He sold out of some things we wanted so.. HE GAVE US EXTRA FOOD. The portions were already great. The seasoning was on point. My burger combo was heavy. Enjoyed my meal and the fam did too. We'll be back.
