So I go in this morning , the young lady appeared with no greeting , just asked what would I like , when I was explaining she made it seem as if I was bothering her and then the order comes out and she just hands me the bowl no bag , I had to ask and she didn’t bag it she just put it on the counter … never have I ever had this happen.. maybe she was having a rough morning but always show up and show out in customer service… the experience was a FLOP!!

Omg!, this healthy restaurant has a public health score of 78! 🤢It’s posted on a side wall so I didn’t see it until I was leaving. Food was okay, I have eaten at other locations that were much better.

I come here and the Virginia Highlands location frequently. I ordered two smoothies at the vi-hi location because I was on my way to the hospital with my mom. The smoothies tasted awful like nothing like the description. When I asked for assistance they said because I purchased them at a different store they could do anything. I have worked in CS for much of my life. That’s not how to keep customers. I will take my money elsewhere.

We wanted a refund after paying with a Debit card and seeing the 78 resturant score. The manger told the staff member via phone to call security because we wanted our money back. So we called the police so that the narrative would not change. If I could give them 0 stars that what I would give them.

This location wouldn’t provide a refund for a salad that wasn’t prepared properly. The person preparing the food said she had to call a manager.
The manager LIAD is RACIST when I asked why didn’t he have someone in the restaurant to provide a refund he told me it’s because he doesn’t have “PEOPLE LIKE ME” asking for one
Also told me to go to the location that prepares the food like I want it.
The restaurant made false claims about threats and theft. They called the security guard of the property but not the police.
If you were THREATENED you would’ve called the cops.
Anything to keep the money + the tip. Looking at the reviews apparently business is not that great and you need to the money, so you don’t offer refunds.
Look into some customer service courses LIAD. You get repeat customers with great customer service.
The food, service, and the management was horrible. My first order was not what I ordered, so I requested a refund and was told that they don’t offer refunds and that they could remake the food. The second order was worse than the first one. We had to call the manager on the phone and was discriminated against, I was told that they didn’t have people like me asking for a refund. This place is a NO, period!!! There were also false claims of theft and threats, absolutely ridiculous. The security guard was called, but not the cops; especially when informed to do so, if there was a real issue. This is simply just poor communication, poor ownership/management, poor service, poor food, and a lack of accountability.

The service was disgraceful. We placed an order in store and they completely messed up the order. When I went up to ask them to fix it, they refused. I then asked for a refund and they said that we don’t give them to “your kind” not only was I racially profiled over a salad they actively refused to give me proper service as a black woman. I will NOT be here again.
I have never made a false review in my life. It’s clear the Kale Me Krazy is unable to take accountability for their lack of respect for their customers. They claim there was threats when even the security was confused as to why they were called. No one was threatened, all that was wanted was a refund for their terrible service.

I come here alot and today I witnessed something very unsanitary.. worker was prepping bananas and something dropped on the floor and she picked it up with the gloves put it in the trash , wiped the glove on the trash and continued preparing the bananas.. very disappointed
