Kale Me Crazy | Health food restaurant Grant Park Atlanta

The girl at counter got my order wrong and then insisted that is what I ordered when I would never ever order what they said I did. No apology. Instead mocked me and were laughing at me. Kept saying “it says tuna on the ticket” - great but I did not order tuna lol 🤦🏻‍♀️

I didn’t get food but I LOVE LOVE LOVE Matchas and they had the best Matcha Rose Latte. However I do like my a bit on the sweeter side so I did get a little extra sweetener

The food is spot on, just like any other kale me crazy. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The young Indian lady that worked the cash register the last two times that I visited list location needs some education on good customer service. She’s argumentative with customers and probably doesn’t need to work in a customer facing capacity.

The food was delicious and healthy, and the staff friendly and accommodating. Very clean place, fresh food, and fun music in the background.They’re set back from the road a bit, so they might be hard to see, but this little café is a hidden gem worth visiting!

Whike the turkey sandwhich was tasteful and healthy there was very little and I mean very little turkey. This should not be almost $15.00. Do you see all of that lettuce.

Ordered on uber eats and the driver had to wait at the restaurant for a whole hour before it arrived

Went to the location in Woodstock and I had a salad with salmon that was very tasty and presented well. I had a beet juice to enjoy with my salad

Kale Me Crazy has easily become one of my favorite spots. The Recovery smoothie is my go-to every single time — refreshing, delicious, and always hits the spot. I also love how convenient the location is. It’s right in the plaza next to my nail shop, my cleaners, and the Grant Park Market, so it’s the perfect stop during my errands. Clean, quick, and consistently good — you really can’t go wrong.

Employees see people walk in and don’t greet them. I’ve been to this location 4 times this week and at first I was like okay but literally every time I’ve come it’s been the same. They take forever to come out the back and take your order. Customer service is the worst at this location. I am not a person that does google reviews but this is ridiculous. This is a reflection of pisspoor leadership

This location gives out extremely small portions of food compared to other KMC locations who give you a nice fulfilling amount for your $$$. Not to mention they have rude customer service. I ordered 3 tuna wraps for myself and my family and was highly dissatisfied with the food portions and bad customer service I received. This is not what a $14 wrap should look like. And I did not received the extra sriracha sauce as requested.
