I eat here everyday and I have a blast.
The employees are super nice and sweet too me all the time . My sisters and brothers they love it . Everything fresh and quick . REMARKABLE SERVICE!!! Thank you guys for everything

Love the brand, but the menu is stagnant, and this franchise location was a painful experience not really representing the brand in a good way. Too bad there aren’t many options like this to fuel competition.
No greeting
No order of customers
Did not bring food, forced to pick up at the counter when I’ve been waiting for 10 min
Was served after of the person that came after me
Dead pan expressions and minimal communication
No one checking the front, new people kept coming in and just waiting around, some leave
Food is good which makes it hard to share when a business falls short with the service. Too bad.

Omg! I am so disappointed! I have come to this location several times! Today, they provide me with a 6/3 dated painkiller shot and it tasted terrible. I requested if I could just get another one and they said no..and refused to provide me without a refund. Wow! You rather have some possibly get sick and save a few dollars!! Now I see why no one is there...they must have new management

I really enjoy this Kale Me Crazy location. They have a small exterior patio area, with a few chairs / tables, as well as a small interior space. Next door there's a coffee shop as well as Grant Street Market. Parking is first come first serve, so can be hit or miss. But there is street parking as well. Overall the food and experience is delicious. Sometimes they're understaffed, leading to longer than expected wait times, but all good! I recommend the chicken pesto wrap, or Poke Bowl.

Great smoothie "Recovery". Excellent customer service from the young lady working Jan. 17th! Smoothie was tasty and restaurant is always clean and inviting.

Great healthy food spot! I got the mango smoothie, all smoothie come in a 10 oz. The smoothie was good not as sweet ? as I like but still very filling.
