“Got the Hangar Steak Rice Plate. Great flavors- steak juicy and perfectly cooked. Nice touch with the fried onions and raisins on top of the rice. Minus 1 star for portions. For the price you’re paying, I would expect a bit more protein than what I got. Although this isn’t quite surprising seeing as it is located inside PCM.“
