The about the QR CODE IS INSANE WHY CAN’T you tell those edits what you want from the buffet because you are looking 👀 at the food but any they don’t have to worry about me ever coming to the restaurant again it was my first time and last time the food was GARBAGE TASTE NOT GOOD AT ALL AFTER SPENDING $40 on a plate when got back to my job where I worked with over 300 employees I made it clear to all of them don’t go up there wasting your money on the BS A food 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

My husband and I visited April 11, 2025 at 6:30 pm. When we walked in there was one family eating and an employee sweeping the floor in front of their buffet line. She proceeded to sweep and swept my foot. We were then greeted by the most rude woman I’ve encountered at a restaurant that IMMEDIATELY told me this is all we have we are about to close. Well duhhh we knew that because the sign on the door says that you close at 7 PM. I did point to an entrée and I asked is that oxtail she says yes. I then asked her what does it come with or where is the menu. She then points to a QRC code that is taped near the buffet line. Not once did she ask did we have questions. She stared at us like could we hurry up. We ended up ordering the large oxtail dinner with cabbage & rice, which she explains to us with a separate side. The cabbage was undercooked and salty, the oxtails were chewy and the gravy watery. Yeah gravy. We WILL NOT return. The owner of this establishment needs to have a conversation with their employees on how to provide great customer service. This is the worst customer service I have encountered in a very, very long time. I am very surprised that they are still in business.

I came in today and was met by a rude woman working in the front. March 29th 2025. She had all of the dishes covered and when I asked her what do they have she told me to scan the QR code. Like why couldn't you just say what you all offer? This woman was so nasty and rude! I haven't had bad customer service like this in a while. Oxtail was a bit chewy. Decent portion size. But I will say this to the owner, your business was completely empty when I came in. Not a car or a customer in site. You may want to improve your customer service. I'm not sure if the young lady in the front is family, but don't let her kill your business with being extremely rude! Unfortunately I will never return. I drove a long way to patronize your business. Certain things I do not tolerate. I will never again support a business that doesn't appreciate my presence. You can pull that stunt with other black people in the area but I'm not one of them. Do better!

I first moved out of the area but still made my way here anytime I was in the area. Then moved out of GA, so I havent been as often as i would have liked. I said all that to say I've been patronizing this business for years now....

I'm a little disappointed with my last visit.
1. They are still not welcoming/friendly... and to have patronized a business for soo long (since 2016-2017) with that type of vibe and energy is whack.
2. They are expensive. And honestly, that's not even the issue it's the point of spending that much money and the quality is just not worth it. They currently have a 5% service charge added to the ticket when you pay with a credit or debit card. So bring CASH to avoid. AND it all goes back to customer service not being with the price and the food not being what it used to be.
3. When I requested extra jerk BBQ sauce I was given the residuals from the pan. I requested the actual sauce (my usual, nothing new), and it seemed like there was an issue. My thing is just charge me for the sauce because I want my food how I want it and don't want to feel like I'm asking for too much.
Overall, I don't think I'll be patronizing anymore after my last visit. It's just not worth it for the price.

First thing first.... they aren't the most welcoming/friendly group of people. (I'm side eyeing the reviews that say they are) However, at this point idc lol im not looking to be friends as long as their respectful and provide the food I enjoy. I'm cool with it. I've been going here for years now.

On to the food... Lovveeee, their jerk salmon! My sides of choice are usually greens and peas and rice. I enjoy it everything with extra jerk sauce. I also like the veggie patties and jerk BBQ wings. I def recommend Kempers to my family and friends!

Kempers WE have a PROBLEM WHEN U 1ST OPEN I Used to tear the door down to patronize your business now that you guys have grown what I have noticed about your business is each time I come in you charge different pricees on small medium and large plate That's a problem (RED FLAG)each time I come into your place of business Your price is changes at the registers & I notice that you do not have a list of prices Post in your restauranton (RED FLAG) But U You guys make it your business to post about a CHARGE ON DEBIT/CREDIT CARD on 11/2/24 I visit You're restaurant only to see have any changes been made NO SAME ISSUE only to be overcharged for a small 18.00 +tax should have been 16.00 +tax plate I don't know if anyone Have had this issue But I am going to have to take my business elsewhere Be good business people and Stop robbing the community

The portions were very generous and the food was delicious. I got the stew chicken and it was nicely seasoned and tender, falling off the bone. I didn’t get a picture because I began to dig in for a taste while in the car and couldn’t stop eating. Plate barely made it home, I would definitely return and recommend!

I just left Kempers I ordered a small Curry Chicken rice & peas cabbage & a side of plantain & a chocolate cake. My meal was $26 total to open my container & see no chicken. I will be back tomorrow to get the chicken I paid for. I’m very disappointed. I was very hungry & to have no protein is not a good feeling.

Delicious!!!! The curry chicken was tender and full of authentic Caribbean flavor, the chickpeas were rich and tasty, the rice and peas add to the already amazing meal which was a massive portion. Worth a trip! And the staff was lovely and friendly! Some regulars walked in and were treated like family. It was a great experience will return!!!
