I went by the drive thru and was told to come in. I came in and stood at the front counter and no one behind the counter acknowledged me. Other customers seemed to be sitting waiting on their food. If you are having issues or I have to wait at least communicate that to me. This was unacceptable and I hope the franchise owner reads this post and addresses it.

I ordered the Honey BBQ wings yesterday, but instead of letting me know they were out of the sauce, I believe they made their own version of sauce and put it on my wings( nasty).I eat the Honey BBQ wings all the time, so I know that sauce wasnât right. LOL. I still ate them because I was hungry, but just a heads up next time, please let customers know if youâre sold out instead of using a different sauce. It feels like false advertising.

If I could give negative stars I would. THE MOST unprofessional place I have ever been too! Everyone was rude, including the manager on duty absolutely ridiculous!!
If I could give zero stars I would. The drive thru doesnât work. The cashiers are extremely rude more specifically the one with the red hair and big lashes with jewels on them. She walked up to the register, rolled her eyes and just stared at us. Eventually we asked if she was going to take our order and when she did, she kept mumbling under her breath and huffing and puffing. We tried to buy food for a family in need and she kept making it difficult saying everything was âoutâ and then going to the back laughing. She then couldnât even count the change correctly. After we got our drink cups, she proceeds to talk bad about us with another customer who then proceeds to get into a verbal altercation with me and my friend. Not only did this girl not know either of us, the customer didnât know us OR the cashier. When the aggressive customer leaves, the cashier continues to roll her eyes and mumble under her breath and pound on the computer with an attitude. The food was not worth the wait and the service made me extremely uncomfortable. She also had an attitude with several other customers and everyone was taken aback. The drink station was also filthy and most of the nozzles were broken. There were no straws or napkins or anything anywhere. The cup tops were dirty and running out as well. Iâve been treated better in worse places.
