If I could give -0 Stars I would this is probably the most unprofessional KFC I've ever been to I work in this area Monday through Friday and I have no idea what goes on between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00pm but no one is ever working or taking orders if corporate wants to pull up right now they'll see the entire staff sitting in the drive-thru smoking not taking orders forcing people to pull off
Super disappointed. Had to wait for a sandwich for. So long I was late for work.

My son and I were going to out business in Atlanta from Stockbridge, drove through the drive thru and was asked to come in to order. We both ordered the 6 wing special with the potatoe wedges both with sodas. Been sooo regretting it since last week!. The wings were not fresh and had a taste las though they had been sitting for along time!. Didn’t finish the meal but later that evening, I became very ill like I had food poisoning with excessive vomiting and diarrhea for two day’s and have not fully recovered!!!!. The soda area was obviously not cleaned due to all the stickiness even on the floor!. I have patronized this location for years even though there were time’s that my order’s were not right!. I will never visit this location again no matter how much I love KFC!!!!…. To know better is to do better, and reading other reviews, seems no employee’s from management down seem’s to care about the customer’s at all!!!!!!… I will never again recommend this location to anyone, never!!!!

Maybe it's time to close this location.... Poor customer service. the manager was more concerned with fixing the work schedule rather than securing my order . I'm so confused how I ended up with a double order of this wall paste mashed potatoes in gravy instead of the coleslaw and green beans I ordered with the family meal that I ordered and paid for. I made my purchase on the way home so it's too far to turn around to make it right. I attempted to call twice with no answer. I give up on fast food it really is cheaper to just cook at home, fewer frustration and no disappointment . If you can't provide quality service to the community Close the doors!.....

Did not have the same special as Columbus
The chicken has an artificial taste, and the overall flavor of this food is not reminiscent of what it once was. There is an unusual aftertaste that persists. As a significant food critic, I have ceased dining here and now frequent various other chicken establishments, excluding KFC. I must inquire, KFC, what has happened to the quality of your chicken? I even returned to give it another chance, yet I experienced the same unpleasant aftertaste.
