So i slide thru the drivethru to pick up a 3 piece tender meal and what i received look like fried rabbit feet. Im like No No Wtf is this. So i spend the block to question the staff. Found out they no longer serve the other tenders that you see on the menu board. Im like well dang im a visual person. So if u gone switch da game up. Put them rabbit foot lookin tenders on the menu board so people dont order expecting one thing and receive another. The manager did issue a immediate refund without hesitation. But look at this pic. Walmart great value tenders be lookin better than this.

Customer service from the staff around 11:30am , while the managers were having a meeting, so let's exclude them ! SUCKS , they needs to be retrained, drive thru girl was rude as hell , she needs to be outside picking up trash in the parking lot , not in drive thru .

I went to KFC on Labor Day. The automatic response came through on the intercom, but no real person responded. So after driving back and forward again. I drive to the window, and the manager opens the window and tells me they are not ready to open. Before I could ask what time they were opening, she rudely closed the window in my face.
Can you get robots, please? I am so over the terrible customer service regardless of the neighborhood.

Pulled up Saturday night and the line is hella thick about 10 mins goes by and cars end up leaving. I drove up to the box, was greeted by a machine waited a bit and said hello. Wait another 5 and went to the window. I guess they were having a team meeting as a couple of mins went by and 3 ppl poured out of a room in front of the drive through window. Someone finally came I immediately asked if they were still taking orders and he responded yes but inside. LOL. I pulled around and park. Keep in mind it’s been about 10-15 mins. I came in to place my order and a lady tells me it’ll be about 15 mins for extra crispy chicken. Cool. I’m patient whatever the time rolls by and I grab order. I thank them and get in the car wanted to grab some fries and my fries are freezing. *heavy eye roll at this point* I just said f it and roll off. My biscuit is hot and my chicken is fresh. I get to my destination take a bite of my chicken and it’s wet on the inside. Idk I wouldn’t say juicy idk but regardless I sit think I’ll be back.

Easily the worst KFC in Atlanta, it was disgusting in the dining area, and it took a whopping 44 minutes to get the food, which was only 3 items, it was also completely empty when I arrived. Horrible service, please do not eat here.

Whole family got Food poisoning after eating a spicy chicken sandwich, two regular chicken sandwich and fries and drinks. Waiting from 2:50pm to 3:26pm for food that made us sick and still feeling sick to the stomach. Below satisfaction all across the board. Close down this location ASAP!!!! Should have known better when I saw the dining area and prep area nasty. Didn't get no apology for waiting or nothing free for the wait. Young lady threw me my food and walked off
