It’s time for this community to come together and demand that this KFC location be closed for a complete renovation and a change in management. Never in my life have I encountered such unsanitary conditions at a restaurant. It’s a total disservice to the neighborhood and reflects poorly on ownership’s regard for the community. The establishment is in disarray—poor customer service, unclean facilities, and a parking lot filled with loiterers, accompanied by the unbearable smell of urine. It’s truly unacceptable. Shame on the ownership for allowing this place to operate in such a deplorable state.

Had to wait 20 minutes for food, when I got home half of my order was missing. After going back to pick up what was missing the manager gave me attitude! Because of mediocre people like that so many fast food restaurants close. KFC do better..

STUPIDEST LOCATION. How are you going to give me mashed potatoes….AND NO GRAVY??? What should I doo??? Put barbecue sauce on it??? And not only that….WHERE IS MY SANDWICH??? Or my BISCUIT??? Like dang all I got was a drink, and fries. Mannnn if I didn’t have it as an uber delivery, the workers definitely would have heard a word or two from me😒I’m just glad I got refund🤪but I’m still upset.

Store was dirty. Bathroom doors were locked. My tenders were not cooked all the way through. I haven’t been to KFC in over 30 years and because of this horrible experience I will never go to one again!

Terrible. I've been here 2x. The 1st time was bad. The 2nd time was far worse. Ordered drive through and was told to pull around and wait. Got tired of waiting and went inside. Was told it would be 7 minutes because nobody dropped the chicken sandwiches.
