Worst fast food restaurant in Atlanta… drug deals in the lobby… most nonchalant staff I’ve ever encountered…. Always out of something…. They manipulate the drive thru times and have you waiting forever for cold left out chicken…. I can’t wait for the day this location is permanently shut down

We went to the drive through ordered a chicken sandwich meal and another chicken sandwich, after being told to pull up in front of the car that was ahead of us that was also pulled up waiting for food we waited 10 minutes before the food was delivered to the car in front of us and we were then told we had 4 minutes before our food would be ready. Frustrated with this information we went inside and asked for a refund, we were told that they do not give refunds. The person who was at the window and outside went to prepare our food, I didn’t see any hand washing or sanitizing so we insisted that we didn’t want the food but did want our money back, the manager insisted that they don’t give refunds so I asked where is that posted and she replied “it used to be here on the counter” however it was not there. We didn’t get any food and we left and immediately called the corporate office and spoke with someone who gave me a case number and said someone else would contact me after several days no one contacted me I emailed them and got another case number to which they responded by email and asked for details. Not only did I give them the details I sent them a copy of my receipt for food we didn’t get. This happened on 12/2/24 and it’s now 12/31:24 and no one has contacted me back from the corporate office about my refund. In addition to that they ALWAYS upsize my drink without asking me, I will update my post if they ever respond back because I do want my money back!

This place is horrible 😞 the big girl with colorful eyes is soooo disrespectful 😤 I would spend my money here at all and this was my first time here I don't feel comfortable using drive thru because they always asking you to pull forward or backwards so the can reset they drive thru time she was completely rude because I asked how come the inside closed she started cussing at me to the point of where I took a video record of her so I can send it to the partners and the KFC cooperation
I would even recommend this place to a homeless person like dead serious and people wonder why customers get into it with employees all the time this female needs to be fired like so serious better yet not even fired she needs to stay so the company can see where they money loss is coming from because customers don't wanna eat here 😒
I REPEAT DONT GO TO THIS PLACE I REPEAT THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER GOING TO THIS PLACE NEVER AGAIN

Most customers think that as soon as they enter the building that their food should already be ready and made. it seems like you all lack patience! Imagine your kids/grandkids dealing with inconsiderate people like all the people whose complaining about simple things like speed and urgency, this isnt a luxury restaurant so stop looking for high end service. Nobody is your slave and there certainly not getting paid enough to break their bones prepping your food! GO HOME AND COOK!!! Good job workers keep it up

This KFC is slow as well. I sat in the drive through, for so long,Waiting for someone to ask me my order. i just drove up to the window. And the attitude the employee give is mind blowing. Like as if they don't want to be there

Went Thur the drive Thur they told me to back up to the red poll. Took 8 min to make our order. When we got it there was one thing missing. I went inside to get the rest of what I paid for and the lady argued with me about having my whole order. After I finally had to sit there and fight with her bout my missing food she yelled to the cook to have it made and that she wasn’t doing this tonight. She was rude the music was so loud and they had no one around to be found even working really. The service was horrible. I’m not even from here but if I was I would never stop into this place again.. fine nicer and more professional workers.

It’s always something here, either they give you the completely wrong order or they’re out of simple things restaurants shouldn’t run out of. The final straw was ordering a sweet tea and trusting the employees would give me that, but no it’s unsweetened tea.
