This KFC is the Stingiest KFC in Atlanta. They have the smalleat pieces of chicken. I believe they buy the smallest pieces in order to get more pieces to make more money off of the customers. Also they are too cheap to put the gravy in a container..instead they put the gravy on the potatoes themself. Damn Shame!

Place to order for four pieces of chicken told the order several times register repeated did not get the right drink did not get the right sides and the wrong chicken, ask for sweet tea got Coca-Cola ask for string beans got French fries and dry pieces of chicken that they were trying to discard on me, order creator became angry and ran to the window with his eyes bug out slinging my bag because he failed to do the job properly, management protocol needs to be revisited

I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 breast and 1 wing. Pulled up to window, paid, the person at the window gave me my drive and then my food. Because I have had problems at drive thrus before, I checked my box. Upon inspection, I see 2 breast and 1 leg. I said excuse me a couple of times to get the attention of the guy that took the order. When he came to the window, I opened the box to show him that I had 2 breast and a leg. He then, in a rude tone says "WEEN GOT NO WINGS". I then say, why would you not tell me that when I placed my order. He then says rudely, " WHAT, YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK". I then say yes and he says, well you have to pull up, park, and come in to get the money. I tell him that I will not be pulling up. He then adamantly says that the only way I would be getting my money was if I pulled up and came in. I then say I will not be pulling up and that I wanted my money at the drive thru.He then leaves the window and disappears. After a few minutes, a female came to the window and tells me the same thing. I tell her that I would not be pulling up and she then says that you are sitting there looking stupid. I said, I will sit right here until I get my money back.She then say, well, I am on the clock so you can sit there. After that, I said to myself, call the police. I called the police and waited. A few minutes later the young lady comes to the window with a 10 dollar bill. My order was 10.83. I give her the food and ask where is the rest of my change. She says,t so you want the change too. I hear her tell the guy who took the order, he is asking for his change. She then produces a dollar bill, and say, so you ok now you getting a dollar. Remember, I was only owned.83 cent. I tell her I will give you the .17 cent, she closes the window on me. I AM 58 YEARS OLD, AND I. HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS BAD!!!!!!!!!! The owner should be ashamed. Because I live in the neighborhood, I have been going to this location for longer than the people that were working there, have been living. But, I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
There was in unauthorized charge of 175.00 from this merchant on my debit card. This location has broken my trust!

I don't know what this location does better, but the chicken wasn't too greasy. Most of the time, after eating KFC, you need a shower to get rid of the grease.
Awful! The grease in the chicken was burnt and it is horrid. The potatoes and gravy had no top and my biscuits were sitting in the potato and gravy. No utensils and no sauces and I didn't receive a receipt... The worst KFC experience I ever had in my life.
