Made an online order and was told it would be ready at 6:13...it wasn't ready until 6:40. We were ignored for several minutes before anyone asked if we would like to order. The drive thru was taken care of before us as well. I need to add that the dining room was not busy at all

Today i placed a mobile app for a Mac n cheese, fries and a piece of chicken (i have a 4 and 2 year old) So i get to the EMPTY drive thru line and i let the lady know i have a mobile app order. KFC: “You’ll have to come inside so i can verify your order” Me: “it’s not a delivery it’s my own order” KFC: “you have to come inside ma’am” Me: “really…i have two small kids in the car” KFC: “come inside ma’am
Mind you to get to the parking lot i would have to go back on cascade do a U-turn…drive back down to the line and do another U-turn to get back to the parking lot.
So i parked in the drive thru because they had no customers NOT ONE…get the kids out…go inside and the lady says to me…..
“You’ll can go back to your car I’ll bring it out to you…
And to top it off this was the SORRIEST MEAL THESE KIDS HAVE EVER GOTTEN FROM KFC
JUST GO AHEAD AND SHUT THAT PLACE DOWN….but first give that lady a customer service course IMMEDIATELY

Stop by this afternoon after work today and ordered a 2 piece dinner. When I got to window the young man says you ordered a 3 piece dinner right I says no a 2 piece. After receiving my change back I realized I was over charged for the dinner. So I stopped and looked at the food it was 3 small dried up disgusting looking legs mashed potatoes with no gravy and hard biscuit. Back up on the side get out go to window and they tell me to come in. Go in the young man says they can't go into the system to give me my money back so instead of making a scene and being tired and hungry I said what the hell. Ate this crap now I'm feeling nauseous. Man KFC is the worst. Thought I would try this one cause years ago it use to be OK. Not anymore!!!! Like all the rest of them! Disgusting!!!Stay away!!

The chicken taste like 90s KFC. DELICIOUS! I always get the extra crispy 3pcs with potato wedges. It's the best in ATL.

I alongside of my family pulled up to the drive-through window. I was met with the rudest individual I think that I've ever dealt with in customer service. I asked him a simple question what all quantities do your chicken nuggets come in. He told me to pull away from the board because it's on a timer and then come back when I know how many. In the same amount of time that he said that he could have said 8-10-12 or whatever the number was. I let it go because my family was in a car. Put up to the window and he's going to tell me the next time I know the protocol reading is fundamental. I will be paying the store visit to settle this in person.
