I alongside of my family pulled up to the drive-through window. I was met with the rudest individual I think that I've ever dealt with in customer service. I asked him a simple question what all quantities do your chicken nuggets come in. He told me to pull away from the board because it's on a timer and then come back when I know how many. In the same amount of time that he said that he could have said 8-10-12 or whatever the number was. I let it go because my family was in a car. Put up to the window and he's going to tell me the next time I know the protocol reading is fundamental. I will be paying the store visit to settle this in person.

Horrible!!! There was no staff to serve at the front counter. They gave me my order like i didn't ask for it , people after me gave them the order first. . Between my arrival , the wait , the food being served me , it took me and hour and 20 minutes , and my ordering it , asking what wrong with my order - well a disaster. The staff works for that they earn. The customer is practically a nuisance , that same staff is umfriendly . I was coming from the airport extremely hungry and i almost jump over the counter and make me own food.
I ordered 2 two piece fill ups. They was playing bk and fourth on the drive-through speaker. They gave me sub bread for a biscuit and didn’t inform me they were out of biscuits. They gave me wet soggy chicken.
