Fast food restaurant. Went inside to order. Order taken and received in about 15 mins. Went to car, checked out food. Was missing two items, went back inside to get. Received without any problems. Fine if you are looking for quick food. The prices have definitely gone up at the fast food restaurants. Might as well go to a nice sit down restaurant.Parking: Parking lot.

So this was on New Year's Eve the lady who took out order didn't tell us what we was ordering they didn't have the proper boxing when we got to the window she was cursing about having to work the next day and when I went in the store to fix my order she completely ignored me and told me it was nothing she could do I told her that Chicken didn't cost her a thing and that all I wanted was what I ordered and they barely gave me a piece of Chicken and a biscuit very very rude every single woker that worked that shift

I ordered 4 PCs combo got 2 legs an 2 thighs. Not white for almost 13$. Then got a pot pie with no filling inside dried up. When the nice little girl did my second order seperate. No receipt with salty dry chicken and dried up pie. My order needs replaced. No cash

I always wondered why this kfc never has no one in line to order. Now I know, terrible customer service!!!!! I order a 3 piece tender meal. They gave me three tenders that looked like they were cooked before they opened hours ago. I paid almost 12.00. I returned them and asked for my money back because this was the third time I had gotten food there and they either gave me the wrong order or it was stale. The cashier got mad because I didn't want a new order I just wanted my money back and she slammed the drive thru window in my face and opened the box up like she was mad. I don't see how they keep employees like this! I should be the one mad not her. She's the one who sold it to me.

went through the drive thru I ordered online so the food was bagged and tied up with stickers so when I arrived home checked the food it was not what I ordered and to top it off I ordered a brownie and it was frozen I called the store and was told they knew it was frozen they didn't have any that was thawed I called the store and was told to call customer service because I ordered online and customer service gave me the run around they wouldn't fix the problem at all I was told someone would call me back and they didn't very unprofessional

The supervisor's here are rude and don't talk to the employees right. I also heard from another customer that eats there, that a manager here has a concealed weapon on them when they work. Ms. Lavanda is very unprofessional.
