This place sucks! Especially the night crew. How did I order a 4 piece mix and when I get home there were 4 legs in the box. Not only that, one of them were so old and hard, we couldn’t do much with it. Then when you reach out to them, no response. They are just hood and nasty.

Never go to this KFC horrible experience I asked for a special order tonight the worker made me wait 10 minutes and then told me I had to order from the kiosk when I wanted my order special it was four people back there they were grown men the lobby was nasty and I never want to eat out of a place like that you should train your employees It is very uninviting in your place That's a bad representation for KFC I will never go into that location again

The staff here are very unprofessional, loud, rude, and slow. I waited in line for an hour to get meals for me and my daughter, only to realize they forgot my chicken sandwich. I had to wait another 25 minutes just for that one item while watching drive-thru cars get their food first. The manager even got into a verbal argument with a customer while about ten people were waiting in the lobby for 30 min. The whole place was completely unorganized and chaotic. No condiments are out for customers and I didn’t even want to wait in line for 30 minutes just for salt and pepper so I ate without.

This food was so disgusting. I ordered via DoorDash the three piece box. First of all they only gave me two pieces of chicken and it 3 as purchased. Furthermore, I couldn’t even eat the food! The chicken tasted like it was fried in disgusting old oil. The coleslaw was spoiled and the wedges were so burnt I couldn’t even eat them!
I usually do not make reviews. However, I would not order from this location ! The food is horrendous. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like here if the food is this bad!!

This location is so poorly run! The wait time is too long. It took 35 minutes of waiting before we were able to get our order—there were people who were waiting even longer than that. There was no one actively attending to customers on the front end. The drink machine was out of ice and the drinks were flat. The dining room was moderately dirty. Too many people were getting inaccurate orders and they had to wait even longer for assistance. There was a man who was supposed to be the manager—he was ornery and rude—never apologizing for the wait or the lack of quality customer service. I overheard another customer saying “ The colonel would be rolling in his grave if he knew what was going on here!” I would have to agree with this sentiment. The only positive remark I have for this visit is that at least the food was hot.
