I just ordered lunch. I ordered 3 piece tenders with green beans and mashed potatoes. What I received was 4 piece chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. AND there was no fork to eat the mashed potatoes. The cashier rushed me while ordering and didn't seem open to questions but was not rude.

They obviously prefer for you to order online because they don’t want to bother with customers inside the store. The website photos are deceptive but offer a 40% off coupon an a 12 piece.

Slow, Grumpy, but it's KFC.I'm here once in a while with my kid, who loves the food. Also, I love their coleslaw.Usually, I don't review fast food unless it is notable.The drive thru is consistently slow and the service is, well, not good. Mostly, unfriendly and gruff. They had me pull around and when they brought the food, they couldn't remember what sauces, even though they asked twice.Dietary restrictions: Very few options for gluten free people. Mostly sides, green beans and coleslaw.

I pull in the driveway, asking if you guys still have those small chicken sandwiches, they are not on the menu, I asked the guy where is it on the menu and he keeps asking me how many of them do I want, then saying yes I told you 3 times, I keep asking WHERE IS IT ON THE MENU? And he just kept giving me cr@ppy attitude, eventually I said never mind and drove away because of he is clearly having a bad day or something, and decided to take it on your customers. so good luck to y’all, to this location I’m not coming back.

Negative stars for nasty attitude of unfriendly workers. Frequently out of items like biscuits and sweet tea although they have the ability to make more, but won’t because of laziness. Can’t stand how rude and unfriendly they always are too! Never any leadership present, so they just do what they want, unchecked. Don’t order here if you’re in a hurry - drive thru OR inside. Drive thru takes forever and don’t even think about parking and going inside to order instead because they will flat out IGNORE YOU!!! Worst KFC in Atlanta!

Please don’t waste your time at this kfc location. I tried ordering grilled chicken and was told “we don’t do grilled chicken….. thank you bye” completely disregarding as if I could choose something else from the menu. Also what kfc doesn’t serve grilled chicken??

We hadn't had KFC in years, and we're excited to get the chicken strips, but what I got were weird tiny square chicken...fingers. one meal.was supposed to be a big dinner box but got handed a bag with a dried out chicken sandwich and a side of mashed potatoes. No nuggets, no biscuit. We asked for ranch and bbq and got hot sauce and honey packets. I won't be back to a KFC for another couple of years till they put some care back into the food and customers. Disappointed
Apparently it just depends on who's working on if your gonna get any good service or food at all. Apparently today's the day this guy just decided he's going on break for the rest of the night and locked up the restaurant at 7:30. Watched two ladies make it one step inside and this guy litterally shoed them out while holding the door and forcing them to leave. Then proceeded to lock up. Pretty sad. Never closed this early before but I guess this guy just decided he don't want to work anymore tonight. It must be nice to be on the clock getting paid and getting to pick and choose when you actually want to work or not.
