I sent my son to KFC to get me a two-piece leg and thigh with mac & cheese. Add on a fry. He came back home and it was only mashed potatoes in the bag. I told him to go back up there and get my mac & cheese and fries cause I paid extra for the fries. He was told by the same unprofessional crew member she wasn’t changing anything, he was told no. And that he would have to wait for the general manager to come back. He asked how long would that be? The girl said she didn’t know then walked away from him. Wow 0 out of 10. If it’s that much of issue over some sides. I’ll definitely will never be back.

I went inside to place my orders as I had 2 and we were using the coupons I bought for the children's fund so I couldn't order at the kiosk as they want. I stood at the counter in an empty restaurant for 7 minutes while Shelly walked around helping 2 people in the driveway thru then she just wandered and ignored me. So I looked at an employee who was off and asked him if I could place more than 1 order in the drive thru to which he told me I'd get helped faster. I never got a smile a hello or acknowledgement that I was in the building. I went to the drive thru and Shelly didn't seem pleased to be helping me then either. I was shorted a piece of chicken on the 3 piece big box and sold old, dry overcooked corn and chicken tenders that are like leather. Horrible experience.

Won't go to this one again. Cashier short tempered, snapping at us because she was short staff. Chicken fried hard, store smelled like a sewage drain. Ms Gold teeth need to find a job she likes. Just horrible.

If you are looking to get a job at this KFC, please don’t. Management is horrible, especially the lady. My son was working at three weeks without a regular schedule. He had two managers there giving him days to come in verbatim. They both have gotten themselves confused and had me driving to drop him off and getting upset because he’s there at the wrong time. I called KFC corporate and started a case and I plan on calling them again tomorrow. The manager spoke to me in a rude way with no reasoning behind how my son was being treated. Entire store is very unorganized. You can call the store number right now and is gonna give you a busy signal.

Some of the most sorryest garbage individuals to working about a place that services other people can't even do a simple or will look right at the receipt and see that they're missing multiple items but still take the time to seal the bag and send it out for delivery that takes a special type of garbage individual and then of course takes the phone off of the hook for the entire rest of the day because that's also what those type of people do garbage individuals

I came through the drive thru. I ask for the 4.99 special. The young lady stated that she only had certain pieces I ask for legs only to get two pieces now my stomach hurts and the Mac and cheese was horribly.thr only thing that was good was the biscuit
Ordered a three-piece wing. They only had two original wings up and available. They were uncooked. I also ordered a cup of ice along with my meal and they charge me a dollar. I had to use the restroom so I pulled to come inside, and the door was broken. The heavyset lady in the back with the gold in her mouth had a very funky attitude. As I waited patiently for their assistance, they ignored me. Why be in customer service if you don’t have customer service skills?

I only gave two stars because the owners obviously keep up the landscaping. When it's lunch time on such a busy street as old national hwy and you notice the KFC you pulled into doesn't have a line at all that's the first and only red flag I needed to see. They were obviously opened but I was not going to pay my hard earned money for chicken that's been fried and sitting for hours. This place needs to do better or just shut down.

This chicken older that the ladies working in there. Don’t make no sense. This is not a busy location. Learn how to make smaller batches so that you don’t give out old chicken that been siting for an hour+.

This location is trash!!! As I was pulling in to the drive-thru, I saw the cashier standing outside talking to someone parked on side of the building. I asked if the person was in the line and the cashier said no as if she had an attitude. I pulled around to the speaker and noticed that the person in front of me was just sitting there. When they pulled off, I pulled up to place my order and was just sitting there like them. Now, I just saw the drive-thru cashier standing on the side of the building chilling and talking, wo clearly she sees people pulling around to order and didn't even come on the speaker to take our orders. I left as well, but clearly that was unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not patronize this particular location in the future. I am curious to know who the manager is of this location though because their team members need better training or new jobs ??♀️ Ijs
