Gave me the wrong order and the chicken was not fresh and when I tried to complain about my food the manger dismissed me saying that that’s what I ordered I asked her how would she know is she was yelling at her employees overall dissatisfied and I spent almost $15 for food I couldn’t eat and when I tried to complain on line there was no one to help me out

Management is beyond rude, the Jamaican lady had a horrible attitude when I asked for hot sauce and it showed on her face! Food was cold and not fresh and I will never eat at this location again! Energy and time isn’t worth it!

Customer service sucks. As an uber driver avoid this place. They will think you’re lying about addressing issues with customers after they told you to contact them. How are you doing your job when you didn’t even have the customers orders ready then had the leave to say they can take what you have or wait almost 20 minutes for a store that just opened an hour ago. There are ways to do your job and also how you talk to people!

Sunday 7/27/25 I picked up my online order. After eating my last serving of potatoes I felt something stick me in my gum while eating. Thinking it was a chicken bone I took it out my mouth and I was shocked, disgusted and disappointed. I had just chewed on a fingernail. I spit out the food I was chewing and tried to process what just happened. Monday morning I went back to kfc, spoke with the manager and showed her the picture I had taken of the fingernail on my plate. She said that doesn’t look like a fingernail and then she put her hands on the counter and said nobody that works here wears fingernails. I said it’s not a fake fingernail, it’s a real fingernail. I took it out my purse and showed it to her. I left and went to the hospital to get my gum checked out. I will never eat there again. I’m afraid to eat out anywhere after that experience. Beware!

I have my food delivered from Uber eat when I tell you it’s not fit for a dog to eat beware of this KFC on old national The food was burnt. Old They need to shut that store down damn mashed potatoes soupy nasty looking I just waste $35 on nothing

Store only has 1 person working while at least 3 other employees stay hidden in the back. Front Counter Service is extremely slow, they won’t even acknowledge you being there. Will constantly take drive thru orders instead. I finally was able to place my order 30 mins later. Food is great but beware of your patience running thin.

I sent my son to KFC to get me a two-piece leg and thigh with mac & cheese. Add on a fry. He came back home and it was only mashed potatoes in the bag. I told him to go back up there and get my mac & cheese and fries cause I paid extra for the fries. He was told by the same unprofessional crew member she wasn’t changing anything, he was told no. And that he would have to wait for the general manager to come back. He asked how long would that be? The girl said she didn’t know then walked away from him. Wow 0 out of 10. If it’s that much of issue over some sides. I’ll definitely will never be back.

I went inside to place my orders as I had 2 and we were using the coupons I bought for the children's fund so I couldn't order at the kiosk as they want. I stood at the counter in an empty restaurant for 7 minutes while Shelly walked around helping 2 people in the driveway thru then she just wandered and ignored me. So I looked at an employee who was off and asked him if I could place more than 1 order in the drive thru to which he told me I'd get helped faster. I never got a smile a hello or acknowledgement that I was in the building. I went to the drive thru and Shelly didn't seem pleased to be helping me then either. I was shorted a piece of chicken on the 3 piece big box and sold old, dry overcooked corn and chicken tenders that are like leather. Horrible experience.
