Ive been going to the Atlantic Station location for probably about a decade. The old owners ran and the new owners run a tight shop. I don’t recall ever having a bad experience. Customer service has always been good or excellent! Im not the biggest ice cream fan but my kids are and their ice cream taste so good that this place is the only parlor Im willing and able to forfeit my diet and money for. I’ve probably sampled all the flavors but My favorite is Rum Raisins, Superman...

We just had the pleasure of our first experience at Kilwins in Atlantic Station. Ms. T and Ms. Wanda took extra special care of us! Whenever we come back from Cincy, we’ll definitely be stopping at our new favorite dessert spot!

They don't have many non-dairy ice cream flavors! Only sorbet! You can buy Sorbet anywhere! I may try the fudge one day.

**Update regarding their fudge! The fudge is good, but very rich! Only purchase a small piece or just sample while in the shop. Too much fudge can make you sick. They need to lower their prices for their chocolate and fudge. Expensive, rich tasting treats that you can barely eat....**
