I will not be returning to Kokee Tea due to refusal of service at 7:29pm. Online Kokee Tea says they close at 8pm. I was at the register to order a Thai milk tea, when I was turned around due to closer. I’ve always ordered from Kokee Tea and not the other boba tea shops in Lenox; now I will be looking elsewhere for boba tea.

Disappointed by Poor Service and Early Closure
I had a really disappointing experience at Kokee Tea in Lenox Square. Despite their posted closing time being 8:00 PM, they shut down at 7:32 PM while there was still a line of customers waiting. Instead of serving the people who were already in line, the staff told everyone to leave. It’s really frustrating to show up expecting service during business hours, only to be turned away early without explanation or apology. If the store consistently closes before 8, the hours should be updated. Otherwise, it just feels disrespectful to loyal customers who make the effort to show up.
Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I had a pickup order for 7:30 - 8:00pm and got there at 7:50pm, to see the store closed! The store is supposed to close at 8 PM and there were no employees there and it had a “closed” sign up. I wouldn’t be so annoyed if I didn’t already have a pick up order placed for that timeframe.

I was recently passing through Atlanta and happened to stop by Kokee Tea. I was pleasantly surprised. Although I am not a huge tea fan (as opposed to coffee), I enjoyed my visit to this quaint and pleasant cafe. Well done!
