Atrocious customer service. The lady in front is absolutely rude and has not a clue about hospitality and customer service. No one wears gloves or hair nets,etc. How are the open?

Worst fried rice i’ve ever had. No seasoning, bland seems like the get ingredients toss it in a wok and put in bowl. Nothing else included.

The General Tso chicken combo with fried rice was really good. It also came with wonton soap and an egg roll so it was really filling. Everything tasted fresh and flavourful. I just wish the chicken was more crispy. Definitely would order there again and try something new. My order was on DoorDash.

I ordered takeout from Kong's Kitchen. They said it would be 10 min... It turned into 35min. Then 2 days later they updated the amount of my transaction by adding an $8 tip that I didn't authorize. So they stole a 32% gratuity when the service was horrible & the food wasn't good either. After eating it I got a headache. The receipt didn't even have a line for a tip so how they added that on is crazy!

This place is rude and the food is disgusting. I ordered 7 dishes and only received 3 of the items. The Chinese lady told me they were gonna send it out wit the delivery guy and another woman called me back saying it’s her business based out New York and she doesn’t know why the lady told me that. I’ll def get my money back but don’t order from here ever they are trash all across the board!!!!!!!
