We were in town from OKC and had been wanting to try Krab Queenz since myself and sisters are fans of the brand owners comedic work! (Blameitonkway). I’ll say this SO DAMN GOOD!!! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Melvin helped us and let me say HE IS THE BOMB!!! Super nice and accommodating. The atmosphere will have you rocking, singing, and cracking crab legs! Great music selection Now on to the food DELICIOUS! The sauce was a bit on the spicy side but very flavorful nonetheless! The crab was cooked perfectly!! We had a party of four and everyone left satisfied. The daiquiris are amazing and STRONG! It’s a bit pricey (what isn’t in ATL tho lol) but well worth it. Definitely recommend and would happily return for that amazing food & service!!

Mother's Day was my very first time there and we were not disappointed! That leg spreader was the drink of the hour at our table and the food was soooo good. That Cajun rice...yes! I will definitely be going back! The DJ was jamming too and our waitress was awesome! I wished I remembered her name ? but she was great!

It took an hour to get drinks. Took another hour to get this flat waffle and these hard and salty gator bites. The shrimp platter was cool. Short staff so that’s understandable due to the times we’re in. But the food was unacceptable given I spent over $100. Very disappointed to be a first time customer.

This place is closed! I am not sure if it's temporarily or permanently but I went yesterday very excited to try the crabs and it was closed. I drove 30 minutes and it's completely unfair that nothing is updated on the website or on here showing that they are no longer in business. Please do not go here because you have to pay for parking and go see that is closed is horrible. I really wanted to try it but looking at some of the reviews I probably dodged a bullet.

I had a great time. Dre was so amazing. The food and drinks was great. To me Dre had the best customer service. He was friendly and gave us options before taking us to our table. He checked in on us as we waited for our food. You can tell the establishment was short staff but he never appeared frustrated as the other workers. We was about to leave until he walked from the back to support the customer. He really deserve a raise.

Wow I'm definitely not happy with this ! I thought I was going to get the best "krabQueen" plate in the world from the way "TiTi/ Kway" advertise everyday. Baby I came from Memphis, Tn to do business and thought about "KrabQueenz" I don't know why I did not look at the reviews first because none of these people are lying! The service was only okay because of the pretty kind waitress they had doing everything! That's when I knew I should've gotten up and walked out! You got the hostess hosting, cooking, and being the bartender and to add insult to injury the manager was in the back without a care in the world. I did not want to walk out and be rude but I should've when I got a receipt for $125.. if you going to charge me a mandatory 18% gratuity then make sure the food and service match with greatness ! smdh, I just feel sooo stupid and disappointed. The waitress told us they had no fried foods only boil. No sausages and only extra potatoes and did not even have the courtesy to say let me adjust your bill since we don't have what you..I HONESTLY JUST FEEL SOOOO SAD! I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK NOR REFER THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

A complete disappointment. Please update your information on all platforms to save potential guest the financial loss. I arrived and learned their Instagram site instructs you to make reservations which are not honored and the time of operations are incorrectly posted for Instagram and online. I paid for parking next to the restaurant and arrived at 601pm for 630pm reservations. I was told they close at 600pm and they do not allow reservations.

It took them 30 munutes to clear a table, though tables were available.. Food took over an hour to come. When it did come, I had ordered a shrimp sandwich, the bread was stale (it was not toasted and the bread was hard), I'm pregnant and would rather not eat expired food. When I requested a refund they told me they need to get a manager, I did not eat any of the food, it took over an hour and the manager never came.When we attempted to speak to the manager, he stated that he was busy working and could not help us. He eventually sent the waitress to deal with the problem. This is the WORST customer service I have experienced thus far in my life. We had another engagement after and we did not leave until 3 hours after we had arrived.
My 16 year old daughter was terrified into buying food for a panhandler. According to the police, he eats at this place "all the time. She was so terrified after paying that she actually asked the hostess for PERMISSION to leave. She was volunteering at Shakespeare's Tavern and accidentally got locked out. The panhandler wouldn't get away from her or leave her alone and kept following her around. He forced her to go into this restaurant to buy food. The cashier never asked her why a 16 year old was buying a $30 meal for a grown man, who also tried to buy alcohol on her dime. Her dad arrived right after the encounter and my daughter was beside herself shaking and crying. My husband went into the restaurant to cancel the order. The manager REFUSED to cancel the order and told my husband to file a police report, so he called the police. In the meantime, they made the order anyway, and when my husband tried to collect the food that our daughter paid for, they REFUSED to give it to him saying it belonged to the panhandler. When the guy came to pick the food up, my husband told him he called the police and the guy ran off. The manager had the NERVE to come outside and ask my husband "why did you run him off?" My husband filed a police report and they are currently looking for the man to arrest him for panhandling, intimidation, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. This is awful management. They care more about the man who intimidated and victimized a 16 year old than they do about a kid who was just volunteering and was terrified into becoming their customer.

Coming from Charleston, SC where seafood is the epitome of lowcountry culture one may become skeptical about trying seafood elsewhere. Especially in a major city like Atlanta, which isn't surrounded by any large body of water that isn't man made. Krab Queenz made me a believer! Fantastic... literally no complaints about the food. everything was cooked perfectly! I usually go for a Cajun flavor, but I tried sweet heat at the recommendation of our waiter, Steph (who was awesome by the way)! You definitely get your monies worth and the overall vibe of the restaurant is definitely something to come back for. There are no reservations and you are likely to wait, but it will surely be worth it!

As I entered I had to walk in to the lady at the bar Who informed us of the Free Parking. I appreciate while parking she prepared the table for us with menus. Before we could even look she informed us of what they didn't have for the day any specials. The food is a little salty to taste but not overly where you can not eat it... I also had to remember it's Cajun styled food.... I ordered the catfish and shrimp also with a lobster tail... the food is large portions. I can't remember how many shrimp I had but it was a lot and two pieces of catfish. I ordered a 24oz daiquiri which was extremely good. You not gonna get drunk or tipsy but it hits the spot. Def will come back!

It’s a real nice place wait for food was over 3 hours. I was in a large party of 11. They took my order and never gave me my food. On top of that they made me pay for my fish & chips meal and I never received it . But my party received they food. Then people from the kitchen came back like hey we don’t have any other fish it’s frozen. Would I like anything else no I didn’t won’t anything else from there besides my fish & chips. They did give me my money back but it still pending in my account. And what ever food they had left in the back. Very disappointed in this business. Never again. Wasted my time
