Glad to have visited the reconstructed and redesigned facility to taste the new Biscoff donuts! Wow! The decor has murals the honor Krispy Kreme of old. Plus, you can order your ridiculous amount of donuts from a kiosk instead of having to look someone in the eye as they ponder your lifestyle (jokes). This location has a modern touch! I'm glad they're reopened in my neighborhood!

This is like the third time I’ve asked for oat milk and gotten dairy. You have to almost say it 3 or 4 times for them to really listen. I’ve wasted $20 on drinks I can’t consume because the dairy bothers my stomach and digestion.

Stop by to pick up my free dozen of donuts for my birthday February 11th...they told me I couldn't get them because I didn't have the app... but when I go to the store in Smyrna GA on South Cobb Dr, the only thing the ask me for is my number or my email address & to see my ID & I get them every time with no hassle...but the store on Ponce DeLeon put up a big fuss & gave me every reason why I couldn't get them...I am never going back to that location Shaq 😡💯😡💯😡...so I walked out with nothing

I place an order to be picked up at 9:30am. I did so because I needed the donuts and coffee for a 10:am meeting. When I arrived at 9:30, the time my prepaid order was supposed to be ready, it was not. They were still making our coffee. Why order in advance and set a pick up time and the coffee and donuts are not ready. It was 10am before the order was ready. Ridiculous.
Shaq's Krispy Kreme is nice and beautiful after the rebuild...great product...only negative is the girl at drive thru during day gets no help when it's busy..she runs like crazy...but great business

I love KK donuts, but what's with this location's service? Drove up Saturday night and saw only 1 car at drive thru window. Good sign! Pulled in, went around to get in line, but there were 5 cars ahead. No biggie. But after after sitting in line for 5 minutes, the line progressed by 1 car. 10 minutes later, no movement. It was around 10:30PM, I was tired, so when the line finally moved, I pulled out and left. I had a similar experience at this one shortly after it reopened. Other locations have long lines, but they MOVE product and people. And WHY does this one now close at 11PM on weekends? Glad I left when I did cause I probably would have been turned away cause "We close at 11." We use to party till 1AM and swing by for donuts. Just sad....

Black woman with braids at the window was extremely rude. n rushing us.. we asked for a donut not even finished with our order n she continued to say a price n come to the window. definitely ruined our experience at this new location.
