The best Krispy Kreme I've ever been to. It's even better after it reopened. The service was a little slow (multiple people standing around talking with a couple working while there were multiple people waiting to order). If you go get at least a few just plain glazed.

Great local donut place. Had never heard of them before. Think it’s a new local business. Ordered some donuts for an event and I’m pretty sure the guy behind the counter hand-making the donuts was the owner. I heard rumors everything is locally sourced and organic. 10/10 would go back again. They should open up more of these.

We went on Saint Patrick's day which is my son's birthday, there were offering a special type of donut which they claim they didn't have but then went to the back and got some once other customers came in. At least they were able to get the green donuts even though they couldn't get the ones with the designs on themParking: There was plenty of parking that's why I was confused when they said they did not have the special Saint Patrick day donut

Sometimes they run out of donuts if you can believe that. Factory on site, and can still run out at 8AM on a Saturday. Amazing of you can get 'em!

I thought Krispy Kreme only turned on their hot and fresh sign when the donuts are hot and fresh. So why then were my 6 “hot and fresh” donuts ice cold when they came to me? I walked in when the sign was lit, and it was still lit when I walked out. Tasty donuts but I would’ve just gotten them from Kroger if I wanted them cold and old.

Shaq! You need new management!Over all- I would not recommend this place! The building looks lovely from the outside. Modern and up to date. Great parking lot with great lighting. Decor inside is fun and upbeat. But…Empty drink well with one chocolate milk and staff that said “oh, I think we have milk in the back…”Dining room messy and tables not kept clean.I asked for a Latte and the employee said,“We not doin’ those today.”Music far too loud to even hear what the staff are saying.Bathrooms are horrible! No soap.No paper towels.Dirty, nasty toilets.New leadership is needed at this historical location.

I would give it a zero if I could just look at that picture. Also they were out of literally everything but this pathetic box of “glazed” doughnuts

The point of ordering ahead is that your order will be ready when you get there. Not getting packed because you just showed up. I waited 45 minutes before I arrived.

The Gen Mgr (Devin S.) had a nasty unpleasant attitude. The bathroom had NO hands washing soap nor any paper towels.

Visit Atlanta once a year from Sweden and was excited to hear this place had reopened. Walked here from Ansley Park only to find that you could only go through the drive thru and because I was not in a car, I could not used the drive thru. Realizing this was a wasted time, I decided to walk to Ponce City and passed a Dunkin Donuts. Stopped inside and bought one of their glazed donuts which tasted better than Krispy Kreme. Seems like Dunkin will be getting my business for my future trips.
