This location sucks so bad. I tried to return an order I received off door dash that was completely wrong after a couple of days and these ladies argued me down about asking to exchange some donuts I overpaid for đ”âđ«. You can keep your donuts since they mean so much to you, and Iâll keep my money!!! đ thatâs fine, I am fine with that. But hereâs a review so everybody else knows how much I think you suck for treating me like that. I hope this location has the day it deserves

Similar to other reviews, I had placed a mobile order in the morning and when I arrived the lobby was closed, and the line was out into the street. The line wasnât moving either. I dont understand how folks who stop by during their morning commute can squeeze this into their schedule. I was waiting for 30 minutes!
Edit: I left the store and wasnât able to retrieve my online order. Online order was ready as of 7:25AM, by 8:10AM I had not received my order and the car line had only moved by those leaving. I couldnât get my order.

Placed an online order to be picked up at 8:30am sharp.
Showed up with a massive line at the drive thru and the front door locked with a sign that says "dining closed per management".
Needless to say the choice of the management ruined our teams breakfast and I would avoid this location if you're on a proactive schedule.

You really want doughnuts bad if youâre at the Evans St. site in Atlanta. Why you wonder? Because the wait is 20 minutes at the least in the drive thru line and when you try to order the specialty doughnuts, i.e. holiday themed ones or the glazed cinnamon rolls, theyâre gone for the day. If youâre lucky, you may even be able to see a displaced person rummaging through the dumpster collecting discarded doughnuts and eating them.
Parking: This site also need to address the trash discarded on the grounds surrounding the store.

Despite the freezing 20° weather in Atlanta, she served me with a fast, friendly smile that truly stood out. The Inside is Never open. The line is ALWAYS LOOONG. It doesn't take that long to put donuts in a box. Prices are already entirely too much.
