THIS LOCATION IS THE WORSE!! THIS IS THE 3rd time in the last fews months Ive been here AND THIS IS IT!! THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE NO HOT DONUTS?? Wth The first time they told me they had no sour cream donuts at that location!! The second time they had no pumpkin donuts AT THAT LOCATION! NOW NO HOT DONUTS! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! And the girl at the drive was rude. No greeting, no customer service skills or tact. Just staring at me was like I was bothering her and she was at work!!

Not happy about the fact that every single time I come to the goodwill next door to the Kristy Kreme , I can never get a donut afterwards because the lobby is always closed. The door says temporarily but it’s definitely giving permanently. I come to this area extremely frequently like 3 or 4 times a month and have yet to be able to get a donut by just walking in, in literal years. Not even to mention, I just found out from the other reviews that they don’t even make the donuts here apparently so I’ll just stop expecting and hot, fresh donut when I’m in the area. I’m from Atlanta and used to be able to get hot, fresh, delicious, house made donuts from this locations but ever since Covid, they are taking advantage of not using the lobby. It’s unfortunate.

I purchased an assorted dozen last night and they didn’t follow the assorted dozen as it was listed. Just gave me whatever they wanted and taped the box shut. In addition to that this is the second time the crème filled donuts and several other filled donuts had almost no filling in them at all, what’s up? Y’all holding the filling hostage? Just take them off the menu if they aren’t filled as advertised.

Ordered some Krispy Kreme Dots through the website. The kind lady at the pickup window let me know they were out of Dots and kindly substituted Original Glazed doughnuts. Delicious!

I came thru drive thru to get a dozen doughnuts for my office. Mrs Barbara is so nice! She always recommends specials and gives a complimentary doughnut. I would go back, but $16 bucks for a dozen doughnuts is pretty expensive.

I waa told when I came through the drive thru.l, This Krispy Kreme no longer make doughnuts at this location 😐 😑 😩. The cashier was very (I don't want to be here) attitude when I asked were the doughnuts fresh? As much as I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts I was disappointed with the experience. Cold Doughnuts!! !!

This Krispy Kreme location is like the holy moly donut shop from the movie Friday after next. The windows are dirty. It looked like the slum and they don’t even serve hot donuts anymore. Went to this location today 928 2025. Time 7:02pm
