Both a cold brew and caramel latte were too bitter to drink. It tasted like old, burnt coffee.

Completely skipped us - TWICE - in favor of someone who cut in line. Said they had whole milk when asked, rang it up, got the milk and it was 2%, then said that was all they had. Case was empty of doughnuts, staff barely able to converse with customers.

Veronica is the friendliest person I’ve ever met at the airport and can tell she is on top of her job. Food and coffee was great.

Excellent service! The cashier/attendant was very friendly and made us feel welcome after a long travel morning.

This was on the 13th. Not busy. But such a lack of enthusiasm from kid on other side of counter. Just got 2 donuts for a snack because our flight was very soon and everywhere else had huge lines. The donuts are tiny. Like 2/3 the size of a normal one. And I was weirded out they don't take cash. I guess the airport doesn't but seems strange. Don't like the fact that girl seemed sad.

The absolute worst experience at this Krispy Kreme. The people working this location don't know what they're doing. It's total confusion. I ordered 3 strawberry iced donuts and got 3 strawberry filled donuts. I wanted to get an iced coffee but the line for coffee was so long I didn't even bother because they were so slow.

Greeted by bright smiling face I believe the worker’s name was Lavar. At first I was undecided and he politely helped me!

We were in line waiting to order at the Krispy Kreme in the Hartsfield Jackson Airport in Atlanta. There was a very long line and the cashier T. Gray was on her cell phone the entire time. When you went to purchase your donuts she didn't greet you, she just gave you a look as if to asked what you had in your bag so that she could ring it up. She wasn't able to move as fast because she had her one hand tied to the phone. The women who gave us the donuts was friendly and courteous. It was not a good look for Krispy Kreme at such a busy location. Everyone in line was looking at her with disappointment.
This was on 5/20/2025 at 9:07 AM. I could not read her first name due to her apron strap was covering it. My receipt says that the server was Jerome, but the woman cashier was T. Gray.

I visited the establishment yesterday and was greeted with a comforting smile by this young man which his service honestly made my day after having complications with my flight. Donuts were decent although I expected them to be a little bit more fresh.

No labels given on donuts. No easy way to choose which donuts to pick. The server was also rude and didn't want to help

Firstly, the person working there definitely didn't want to take my order and she made it clear. Then she give me the wrong doughnuts. Just passing through and I'll never go to this one again

February 20, 2025: Quick stop for the morning wake up coffee and some donuts. Great shop in the airport. Gets you ready to fly.

I ordered a caramel coffee (hot) and has this aspect like dirty water . The heater of the machine coffee was broken so I asked some ice to try to safe ……. Was five dollars for “this” and she even put some cream … I have to open the cup and put some cream and off course I finish with my hands all dirty before my flight. Is inefficient and taste horrible for five dollars . I put in thrash. Never ever come back again . This store just sell donuts and coffee , is to much ask some service and product with quality??

We come off the escalators and there was a krispy creme stand. Beware, the doughnuts are not made here but delivered in. They were at least one day old. And customer service was there but with a negative attitude.
