Decided to drive to this Kroger while I was in College Park on Old National. I went in specifically to try this seafood boil brand. This location had what I was looking for and so I was pleased.

this old national location has some of the poorest customer service i have ever experienced and this is all the time i have to deal with all of this!! The store managers are just as bad i have been waiting 45 mins for a manager just to be told she is not coming because she is unloading a truck! Every visit in this store is a problem i have spoken with the general manager on down and it makes sense why the staff acts the way it does because the management acts as if they are totally incompetent so i can’t expect the staff to conduct themselves any differently! The sad part is this would not be happening in a neighborhood where the average household income was higher! But we are always our own worst enemy!

They nice but they keep close 11:00 PM they close to early people maybe want something out the store but they always close to early can they be open at 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM

Honestly, the plastic bags replacing paper bags was a frustrating experience, but a cashier named Kendal made up for it. He always greets me with a smile, great customer service, and does a great with making sure customers feel seen.

Though the people are friendly, this store is dirty. There was so much built up on the self check out machines that they barely wanted to scan. You should care more about your customers during this time of a pandemic especially and clean.

The area is horrible and the store is very unkempt. Some of the products are outdated. The store manager Jon is very unprofessional..he is so rude and should be fired. I can understand why they place him there he fits right in with the area! I went online to purchase some items and the processing wouldn't go through for several days I had been checking sporadically throughout the week and nothing. So I went in to get the items and that's when the unprofessional manager Jon who wouldn't give last name became very rude. And stated "that's not his problem..it's a online problem" lol! What a character. I. Wouldn't recommend this location for grocery shopping!
