This about the Kroger gas pumps,not the store. It takes forever to get these pumps to come on. You have to keep doing things over and over for them to work. I am not the only one with this problem either. I see other people doing the same thing. The last time I was there I was behind two cars and the one at the pump was having trouble too. They need to correct this problem.

This store is terrible! Everyone complains about it, many people I know have quit going there. Even as I go down the aisles I hear people complaining. Very poorly managed!!! You cannot get half the items you go in for because it so poorly stocked. Unfortunately, we still go sometimes because it is so close to us but we go elsewhere for the bulk of our groceries. However, we still leave frustrated when we go in for just a few items because they are always out of at least 2 or 3 of them. They are building a super Kroger across the road and I certainly hope they will not have the same management!!! I've complained to the manager more than once and his response is "no one else has complained". Yeah right!

Absolutely the worst managed store I have ever been to. If I go to pick more than 5 items, I am guaranteed a trip to Walmart or Publix - because Kroger is out. They always run out of Kroger water and if an item is on sale it is gone in hours. I asked the customer service and they continue to say "we didn't get any in"?? The they push higher prices replacement options. On a number of occasions the register rang up different than the sale price and they said the sale was over. But the date on the add was still valid - so the manager went and tore all the sale prices off the shelf. I really wanted this to work as this is by far the closet store to me - but I give up. I called the manager who said corporate told him they will be building another store because this one does too much business and there is nothing he can do about it. I asked him why they continue to run out and he said we get a limited inventory, but when I asked who handled inventory management he said nothing. Publix here I come.

This location is always so clean. I come here to get my deli meat. The people who work in the Deli department are consistently nice, caring and professional. The meat is always top quality. I normally come after work or after church. The pleasant staff is a much needed pick me up after a day spent in the office. From letting me taste different cheese types to being patient while I decide what meat I want this week.... I appreciate this team of friendly individuals. It also helps that I can rack up Kroger points and save money on gas. YESSSSSSS! Oh if you haven't already... try the Jerk Turkey or Maple Turkey. OMG... you will be addicted.
