I love Krystals and I'm trying to meet them halfway with this review. With my job I usually get off around 2:00 a.m. in the morning and thank God that Krystal is one of the places that's available to get food. Even though the line can be ridiculously long because other people are also getting off or coming in at that time. That's not what my gripe lies. I've been through several times and my order always gets wrong. I usually order a number 5 large fries and drink but when I get to the window the fry size is always a small even though they charge me for the large and the fries are cold. The chicks themselves are usually okay and hot. One time okay, but a second and third time in a row and I think it's on purpose or you're just pocketing the extra money.

I’m constantly coming to this Krystal’s on Old national hwy when they’re posted hours state that they’re open and they’re constantly turning customers away today’s excuse was that it was a shift change and they were only taking DoorDash orders and we should wait 15 minutes so we did then he comes back on 15 minutes later and says oh I should’ve told you an extra 30 mind you there’s no one in the drive-through there’s no one inside the restaurant. There’s no line that he’s waiting on no customers to service besides me waiting the 15 minutes as instructed Super unprofessional Super Gettho I just wanna know why ? Make me wait if you had to intents on serving me this Krystal on old National Highway needs to close their doors completely to the public. It’s just a disservice to the Krystals brand at this point. I see why this location is already under 3.7 stars we had to drive alway to the Riverdale, Georgia location where we asked them do they shut down the whole store when they’re doing a shift change and they said That is not policy for Krystal’s and they do not know why they’re doing that or stating that the store only shuts down once at 5 AM so they can reset and just tell everybody reading this can know it was only 11pm i’m attaching my Krystal’s receipt from the Good location in Riverdale that was open just to show the date and time and that we did have to go to a whole other location across town smh

All food was cold except pattymelt manager was in back standing looking crazy instead helping she was yelling and not checking food temps gave 4 cause I love Krystal's service a 3 cause cashier was nice and attentive

I just went through the drive thru 15 minutes ago and thr female working was rude and had zero customer service. She walked away and left my debit card sitting on the counter which was suspicious. She gave me my food without giving me my card back. When I asked for the card she got upset and rude. Yes I snatched my bag which broke and she thought it was funny. If she represents you all I won't be going there again and will put this out in out community not to spend there money there.

The manager was very courteous ,and made sure my order came out quickly. The three egg breakfast combo was delicious and reasonably priced, I will get it again. The price of Krystals have gotten out control for those little as sandwiches.

If I could give it a zero star I would . I ordered a party pack and received half of the burgers (6) they gave me 2 cups of water instead of 1/2 lemonade that I ordered ! A small fry in a big container ! This is ridiculous!!
The sign say 7:00am dine-in the door was locked at 7:54am to only tell me that they are taking orders in drive thru …. It was not a good welcome at all

Horrible. (Today)The bacon egg and chess biscuit was cold and hard as a rock. The man at the window has no couth. No welcoming customer service skills at all.
On an extremely bright and sunny day two weeks ago; the glare from the sunlight was shining in the menu board no matter how I tried to inch up or inch back so that I can see pricing, so for the sake of time I asked the lady - who's USUALLY 'nice', or so, I thought - if she was able to tell me the price (because I swear sometimes they charge $7 and change whether you got the scrambler bowl combo or not and my thing is if all I'm getting is a scrambler bowl then I shouldn't be paying $7 and anything was my thinking but I'm trying to see how much this 'thing' is right quick). Her response: 'I don't memorize menu prices.
People perception means so much some times...
When I got to the window and she handed me my food; I thanked her and gently corrected her since there's no way that she could possibly know what I was thinking - I didn't want her to dreeeeam that I actually thought that she would memorize every product price on the menu, so I let her know that the light from the Sun was shining so brightly on the menu board that I could not see for myself, and I was ure of whether or not they had little menus at their counters behind the window, so I asked.
No professionalism at all whatsoever.

I was told when I moved here to ATL that the customer service sucks at restaurants. I refuse to think that until I saw on myself tonight. So it is Thursday August 15, 2024. At the drive-through was the so-called manager Brown skin chick with braids. I told her I’m the drive-through that I just wanted to catch up and she’s on my crystal only. I do realize that Crystal was sometimes have a little flakes of onion on your sandwich because they cook with onions. I’m aware of it, but when I got my sandwich this is what it looked like. In a nice way, I asked the young lady about it and she was ready to tell me that they cook with onions as if there was no way around it. When I tried to speak, she told me to let her speak. Her customer service was awful. She wouldn’t let me talk so I just asked for my money back. With customer service all she had to do was correct it But she was ready to make her point. For her to be be a manager and to act that way is absurd. Please put this lady through training again. Definitely not a good look for the company.
