I used Door Dash to order from this Krystal location which was 2.4 miles from the hotel I am staying at. The food was VERY cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted and it all tasted disgusting. I threw it in the trash and definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone eating this garbage!

The overnight crew featuring Sam was wonderful. My food was fresh. The staff was nice ready to serve any and all of my needs. I appreciate KRYSTAL being operable, especially early hours for truck drivers.

Now I know you just responded but who ever the person is that’s making the food today 6-30-25 in between the time 3:30 and 5pm gave me this with my bag of Krystal’s I’m glad my kids didn’t eat this and this is my second time from the apple turn over to the old Krystal
The manager needs to QUIT!!!! Why are you there if you're going to have an attitude and pass out COLD FOOD!!!! WE WORK HARD FOR THE MONEY WE SPEND ONLY TO BE SERVED BULLSHIT AND THEN HAVE TO FIGHT THE MANAGER!!!! CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!

I went to this Krystal’s to place my order. I made a special request to not put eggs in my scrambler.The nasty lady maybe the manager didn’t repeat my order so I asked her to repeat it at the window. She did but I corrected her that there was no egg in scrambler. I received my order with eggs in it. I try to go inside because I see 2 civilian dressed men inside. One door was locked but the gentleman let me in the other door as I approached it. I walk up to cash register and she comes out screaming dining room is not open. How was I supposed to know. I see two men in regular clothes inside and one opened the door. However she proceeded to ask me in a nasty manner what did I want. I told her and she screamed at the cook to re do my scrambler as if I made the mistake and as if I was getting on her nerves. Customer service deserves a minus 10. She needs to be fired and I need to never patronize them again!!!!!

I showed up in the middle of the day. The manager was sitting by the door. She watched me go to all the doors and looked at me and my face like she was tired and she hated her job and she hated her customers too, and didn’t even say ma’am, the doors are locked. The drive-through is open the drive-through. She was the one because she had the headset on and was trying to take my order and I addressed her and let her know that it would’ve been polite for you too tell a customer the doors are locked them. You have to go through the drive-through instead of watching me go to all the doors and they were all locked and then you suck your teeth , I don’t know what happened with this young lady. She is no longer happy at Krystal’s. And how she handled me as a customer unacceptable she needs to be retrained or replaced!
