This is an unsafe environment. I went in to get food but first I used the restroom and my fiance stayed in the car waiting on me. I was in there for a little time and my fiance called me and said I need to come on because we had to pick our kids up. He noticed commotion and came in to check on me. When I came out of the restroom it was a bunch of yelling about a missing phone. The boy whose phone was missing locked the doors on me and my fiance saying we can't leave till he gets his phone. No idea what was going on. My husband walked to the other door and walked out and the boy ran to his bookbag like he was about to grab a GUN. I RAN OUT THE DOOR THE BOY HAD LOCKED AND GOT IN MY CAR AND WE LEFT SCARED FOR OUR LIFE. To the three women who worked in that store y'all should be fired!! I believe the boy worked in that store because my husband was in the car and said he didn't notice anyone going into the store but did see an older man with white on in a red truck parked behind us. I'm sure the boy did work there. I know when I was using the rest room I heard one worker yelling saying "ion have your phone, why would I take your phone". My husband said they kept walking back and forth to the window where we were parked and were trying to look into our car. They were trying to see but we have tints. At the end of the day we were held hostage for a little while because of a phone. We were lost and didn't know anything. We are pressing charges and they need to run those cameras cause it could have been a set up to rob. This happened at Krystal's at 12/05/2025 at 3:27pm on memorial drive.

It just wasn't good. Patty was bland, sliders were cold, seemed like 1 lady had an attitude so another lady stepped in to take orders mid order. It was weird i have a sweet sounding voice. I was really disappointed. I can say the drinks was poppin but thats about it. Ik one lady working tryed her best and I appreciate her time.
