I have never been able to complete an order here, the staff asks me to hold and never answers. Why is this location still open?

This is the second time in two weeks that I have been to this location. The first time I waited 15 minutes in drive thru so i left, not receiving my order. This morning the drive thru is ridiculous. So I go in, the cashier and manager asks if I have cash. I say yes, they said they could only take cash because the system was down. Do I was waiting for them to take my order. Then I was told to go through the drive thru! Krystals needs to get it together if I could give a 0 I would. I understand that it's not the cashiers or managers fault.

It's Krystals, y'all. And why don't they ever have ice cream! They have some of the best chocolate shakes when you can actually order one.

I just left from this establishment in which they did not fully cook my corn pups. The outside was warm and the inside was cold and gooey. My drink came with ice after requesting that my drink has no ice. This was after sitting in the drive thru for more than 10 mins.

This is by far one of the worst krystals on the planet. They just tell you the system is down if they don't want to serve you. That has happened the past 3 times I've been there. I love krystal usually, but this is truly run like the manager hates their job.

Sometimes you just need a Krystal. This is the cleanest Krystal’s inside the city and the manager is diligent at keeping it clean and providing good customer service. Leville is the man!

I was very disappointed with my breakfast order on Dec.2 Saturday morning at 8:30 am. I ordered the Scrambler Bacon with a coffee. I got a half bowl of grits, they were cold. My bacon was burnt, and the coffee was cold. I'm gonna think twice before I visit this Krystal on Moreland

We do not have a Krystals in our town.During our travels, when we pass a Krystal's restaurant, we are always happy to stop and order. This time was no different. Sometimes I will get a Krystal Burger. And the meat tastes old and what I call doggy. This was not one of those times. The burgers were absolutely cooked perfectly. And we ordered our fries with chili. I do not know how they get their chili to taste so perfect and spicy. Thank you Krystals!
