Scrambler for breakfast was okay. The grits were hard and lumpy but it served it's purpose. Drive thru was moving extra slow.

The person that took my order at the speaker was professional. Once I approached the pick up window, the cashier didn't part her lips other than the total of my order. I was given a cup that was so full that fruit punch was dripping of the sides of the cup because of the spillage on the top of the cup. I had to ask for napkins. I ordered a three egg breakfast with scrambled eggs, grits, sausage and toast. They seem to like butter at this location because my bread was soft (not toast texture) because of all the butter that was put on it, butter was swimming on the top of the grits, the sausage was cooked perfectly. Krystal's has the best value breakfast around.

Came to drive thru, told it was a 15-20 minute wait for Krystal sandwiches when no one is in line or inside. Property had too much trash and debris in the parking lot
This isn’t the first time I’ve been to a Krystal and they have made it hard to spend money. Starting to think it’s a laundering scheme.

When I arrive to the restaurant, employee was outside smoking a cigarette ..This is the third time I came to this location and I was not able to get food due to employees nowhere around or just being rejected for whatever reason.. It is 4:15. A.m. and they said they could not serve any food until 5:00. A.m. this is bad business. Y'all need to find some way to fix it so nobody won't be disappointed and unable to eat when they visit your restaurant..
Food was hot and fresh. There appeared to be only 2 employees, but they were working it. They were dealing with the drive thru window and walk-ins, and handled it. Very friendly and courteous. They were a great team and deserve a raise.

Unfortunately, I went at 4am . The staff tried to accommodate, but had issues with electricity. So, the burger was cold and hard. The chili pup was also hard and room temp. I could not afford to eat the food.
