This is one of the few Krystal's in Atlanta that is actually open 24hrs. They always have a decent attitude and get my order right. I usually stop by between 3 and 5am .

Everytime I go to this location there is a different price for the breakfast combo. Today I’m told that if I get a “coffee” with the sausage grits bowl combo there is an up charge.. he said I can only get a fountain drink. Not a coffee… who wants a sprite with their grits??? That makes no sense whatsoever! I get it all the time but today there’s a $2.19 up charge to my breakfast combo if I want a coffee with it!! No thanks I won’t return!! That’s foolishness!!

This place is supposed to be open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and I arrived after 5 AM for an order number one to order myself in 4A 2 pick up an order for someone and I was advised through the drive through from a female voice we're not open till 530 and that was her answer she gave even if I had an online order we're not open till 530 this is unacceptable if you want to be 24 hours a 7 days a week you need to be that way as compared to this okay this is a bad experience no wonder why people go to actual restaurants 24/7 compared to krystald This needs to be fixed. Also people and cistomer service skills she needs a lot of them. Unless you employ a robot who is rude.

The food was old. Looked and tasted like it was cooked a week ago. This is the second time I've been here. Same both times. Will never eat there again. They are trying to kill people with food. Just nasty and unhealthy. I may report to the health dept. I also had the same experience with the one on Main St in East Point and their food used to be hot and tasty. I went to the drive through tried to place my order and the girl goes. Come to the window, I get to the window and I asked her. I said, do you always rush customers? Yes, I'm trippin. I got my food. I specifically said no pickles nomainese on my order and it had maine's on it , I wouldn't have feed it to a dog and the chili is disgusting as well. The crackers are still like they had had them for several years.Don't stop here.Keep right on a go and unless you want to throw your food in the trash

This is a 24-hour establishment and they have the door lock so that we can't go in and enjoy a meal sitting down
They were closed for sit-down customers in the early afternoon!!! Manager was very rude!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Chrystal should be ashamed about how customers are treated by management there!!!

They got my online order wrong. Only drive thru was open. They weren't busy at all. Me and another car in the drive thru. Food that was right was pretty bad. Bread seemed like it was pretty close to expiration. Not at all worth the $20 I spent

I’m very disappointed with service and food I was given tonight. My first order had mustard and pickles on the burger. I turned around and advised the young man I ask for off the grill. He going to back come back with another bag. Let me check these burger. SMH he gives me a burgers full of onions. If I want all these damn onions I would have ordered onion burger or extra onions. At point I not taking it back again. I will be contacting corporate because this is unacceptable. Waste of 10.00 dollars. Customer services was worst I ever experienced.
