Worst experience ever. I came in with my spouse & daughter and they sat us in a high table booth (way too high for my daughter to sit comfortably) when asked to move they said they couldn't. So we dealt. We were ready to order when the server came by for our drinks but she told us "just wait" -- so we did. Finally, when our orders were taken (4 tacos & a kids cheese quesadilla) we waited 30 minutes for COLD FOOD. When we told THE MANAGER the food was cold he advised there was nothing he could do except put it in the oven--he proceeds to go to the kitchen & throw my spouse's food away IN THE TRASH. He then proceeds to try to argue with me because I insisted on not paying. Why would I when THE MANAGER advised he would reheat the food only to trash it.... Absolutely do not and would not recommend. It IS NOT a family friendly environment. Better food and service are down the street!!!!

These establishments need to have inspections done regularly, undercover food & drug administration to come and see what the customers really are treated while exchanging currency for service. Okay I had to remove my good review and update the new one, the quality of the food it went down and the prices up. The authentic flavors no more in the cuisine. As Mexican that pays good when I go out to eat this restaurant isn’t at all good anymore. If you’re looking for authentic food HIGHLY RECOMEND “DON SIGE”OR “EL ROCIO”. Best quality and flavors authentic. Here is why my conclusion the tacos will always be serve with tortillas as cold as a fridge, which a good taco has to have the best tortillas. Second the tamales EVER HAVE I EVER TASTED THE WORST TAMALES in my life until I came here. And yes your meal will be high cost for low cost quality. Como mexicana totalmente re recomiendo vayas a comer en el Don Sige o El rocio.

My second time trying this restaurant and I was disappointed each time. Both times we had to find a server to even seat us. My latest visit on February 13th I ordered the Mexican soup and it was cold and flavorless. We also got tacos which were just okay. The tortilla chips taste burnt. Very strange taste. Lastly, after we paid and got up to leave a lady (one of the waitresses) that was close to the exit asked if we even paid for our food. Which our server responded yes they’re fine to go. Maybe she assumed I don’t speak Spanish I’m not sure. The entire experience made me very uncomfortable. On top of the food being burnt or cold I felt discriminated against and degraded. I will never be back to this establishment. There are far better Mexican restaurants to choose from that will actually treat you like a decent human being and have better food.

This Mexican has the BEST margaritas in any flavor you desire. My personal favorite is the passion fruit and you’re going to want it in the Texas size. 10/10. I enjoy their customer service. The waiters are always down for a table laugh and conversation on what’s best served. I love that even while busy they still find a way to accommodate you. The chips are always served hot and fresh which I LOVE! My favorite dish is their shrimp enchiladas with verde salsa sauce. That is a 10/10. In the photo I ordered a chicken taco as well and its chef kiss GOOD!. I’m not sure what combo number it is on the menu but trust it’s flavorful,well seasoned & delicious.

Upon arrival it took them a while to give me a table since there was no understandable CLEANING since it was Friday, then I placed my order which took a long time, there was a strong argument between an employee and a waiter (I don't know the reason) which delayed my order even more, I ordered a michelada which didn't taste good at all, I don't recommend it, after almost 1 hour my food arrived, shrimp fajitad which only came with 6 shrimp (I counted them) and about 2 pounds of onion, the food was very delicious but I ordered shrimp not onion, I drank only 2 beers, a shot of tequila and the onion with shrimp paying a total of $76 usd. The truth is that it was expensive for the amount of ingredients and the length of service, I do not recommend this place at all if what you are looking for is eat well.The attention on the part of the workers is 10, the rest is useless

Service was horrible…not attentive.. took forever to greet. Didn’t offer water .. took forever to bring anything. Bathroom smelled horrible … will not revisit. They are lucky they are located near the airport and hotels .. convenience is what is keeping the business thriving. If it was based on presentation and hospitality they would have failed tremendously.
