Extremely rude server experience. I will absolutely not be back. I was charged almost $5 for chips and salsa I never ordered. When I brought it up, the server responded by saying, “You’re the only customer who has ever complained,” which I find very hard to believe unless people simply aren’t checking their bills.

What was most upsetting was the unprofessional behavior afterward — getting in my face, putting her hands near my face, and telling me to leave. Completely uncalled for.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. It’s disappointing because customers are trying to support local businesses, and no one deserves to be treated that way. Do better.

My girlfriend stopped by yesterday (Thursday) evening to order a couple of sandwiches. A Reuben Cubano and a Bocadillo Con Bistec.

The preparation of these sandwiches was delayed, which contributed to her arrivsl home (with the sandwiches) an hour later than it should have.

The sandwiches themselves were so unimpressive that we couldn't tell them apart. The Reuben Cubano didn't have any of the menu listed items—no chicken, coleslaw, or Swiss. The Bocadillo Con Bistec seemed proper except that it only had two strips of beef. So, basically both sandwiches were nothing more than Cuban dressing sandwiches, to which even the Cuban bread was over done.

One would think the saving grace would be the salsa and chips, but given the kind of salsa it was, it's a wonder how dices of onions were sprinkled into the bowl of salsa.

And that left the yellow rice and black beans, which came with the sandwiches, to which my girlfriend was unable to finish. With good reason, judging by how I blew up the bathroom this morning.

We rarely eat in Buckhead, but last night was the second instance of overpaying for inferior and or underserved food in this area of Atlanta.

Best salsa! Food always fresh. The location in Buckhead is small and cozy inside.

Went in for a coffee they put chips and salsa on the table I gotta be complementary coming to find out when I got the check I was charged for it not only my coffee but for the sausage and chips as well I was upset about it because if I knew the chips and salsa cost money, I would never have even eaten. I nibbled on a few of them, but not for what they charge me for and if they would've told me, I would've just declined this customer service was not good that totally ruined my experience at the restaurant

I come here 3 times a week because the food use to be good. I was here Sunday 12/21/2025 and the beans were from can, chicken was not fully cooked, rice was hard. The restaurant is junked up and does not look clean anymore and the people are not welcoming.

Good food is about contrast, and their Cuban Reuben with chicken fits that perfectly. Sour pickles, slaw, chicken, Cuban sandwich bread, black beans, and Pico de Gallo salsa all complement each other well -- though I also add green habanero sauce and a half-and-half (sweet & unsweet) iced tea with lemon. Best quaint Latin food spot in town. Junior is great. Big guy, big flavor, bigger heart. Sneaky amazing bathroom view too. Can’t wait for our return.

Stopped by an hour and 15 minutes BEFORE closing....place was ready to close NOT prepare and serve food. Floor mats rolled up in the sinks. Is that a thing now? Zero food prepped. Too bad. Been a custimer over 25 years. Service and a willingness to work are dead.

Sofia was incredibly polite and attentive, offering great recommendations from the menu. We ordered the Arroz con Pollo and the Ropa Vieja—the latter being my favorite. The Ropa Vieja was especially flavorful and fresh. Overall, everything tasted fresh, with generous portions at a great price.
