The app totally messed up the date and pickup location of my Thanksgiving catering order but the chef/manager Sean was fantastic!! He and his staff apology and stopped everything to make my catering order while I waited. This saved my behind as I needed this food tonight! Thank you m!!! Corporate, please contact me about the app issues; I definitely don’t trust it.

I had the Caesar baguette and soup to take away which were delicious, however, it’s such a shame the staff were so rude - this will not become a regular lunch spot due to the latter.

This restaurant has gone downhill over the last year. The onion soup was pretty bad and the cheese that they put on top of it never really melted and came out with a consistency of a cracker. They used to play music in the store which they no longer do so instead all you hear while eating is a loud voices of the kitchen staff horsing around jumping around. It took 22 minutes for them to deliver the chicken la'madelin We used to order the salted baguette but they explained that they no longer make baguettes . How can that be a French bakery that doesn't make baguettes? The woman's bathroom toilet seat had mismatched seat cover. Everything seemed to point to a lack of attention to detail overall atmosphere that left me feeling like I was at a truck stop.

I ordered my food and it took almost an hour to make. The hostesses that took the orders seem irritated. A lady came in after me and placed an order and received her meal first. By the time I did receive my order it was incorrect after repeating the order back to her twice. When I told the waitress she asked if I wanted them to remake it or put it on the side but by this point I had already been waiting forever so I declined. This is the second time that I’ve came here and my order was wrong. Me and my boyfriend love the food but the service is horrible!

Update: I went in today and the manager corrected the issue and took care of my order. Thank you for rectifying the issue.

It was super busy midday on Sunday. The staff was hustling and remained friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Great job!

This place use to be good. Like most of Atlanta service is crap.

Today was February 16/25 12:54 the people that attended us and served us were very rude and impatient doing everything in a rush. I will never go back to this location again! 👎🏻😡😡

This place is a disgrace to French cafes. First time here and will never come back. I don’t know how you can get a crepe so wrong. It’s gummy and tough — cheaply made highly processed ingredients. This place aught to be replaced but there likely not enough competition for them to need to do any better.
