I used to visit this location very often. It’s safe to say today’s visit did not meet the standards that I’m used to. The service was mediocre to say the least, barely getting recognition when entering the building. I asked for a birthday dessert without the celebration song and was charged later for that dessert. I might be mistaken, but I never knew that this location charged For a birthday dessert. I love the restaurant but I definitely will not be visiting this location again.

Order DoorDash and the food was cold, bag was not secured like other locations I’ve ordered online from. Salad mixed greens were old and brown! The tortilla chips tasted old cornmeal chips! Nothing fresh about the chips! The rice and beans just gross!!!!!!
Threw the entire food in the garbage because that’s what it looked and tasted like!!!!! Will not order from this location again!!!!
If you’re going out of business just say that!!!
Response to owner 09/21/2024: Streamline this location like the other locations! My food shouldn’t have arrived unsecured, cold, old, and tasteless!

Longtime fan here.
Had been ordering take out for a few years from this place because every time I had tried to dine-in, there was a wait because it was so packed.
Recently I had the opportunity to dine-in (twice!). While the take-out version of their food has always been great, it is even BETTER when enjoying it there in the restaurant.
The other person that was dining with me is vegetarian, and the restaurant was very accommodating.
Plus, the prices are reasonable and on the inexpensive side. Win-win.
Vegetarian options: They have a good mix of vegetarian options. My vegetarian friend was very happy with the dishes they got.

it was Sunday, and we are seated at exactly 7:33.
The hostess was nice enough, I believe her name was diamond and she told us it would be about 20 minutes and it was, it took us a while to be greeted, the chips and salsa came out quickly … that being said, the chips were way overcooked tonight.. I heard the table beside us and behind us say the same thing, that they tasted a little burnt, and very brittle , but no big deal. We ordered two margaritas, a frozen one and a margarita on the rocks. It literally took 22 minutes for them to come out, and when the one on the rocks came out, I could tell that it had either had sat at the bar for a while because there was only ice on top and it was melted down. I let the server know and a manager immediately brought me out another one .. How much it also looked like it was very watery with only ice on top, only after I felt the bottom of the glass that I realize that they had poured it into a hot glass… not great! Then we literally got our food one hour after we were sat! When I ordered, I ordered the Mexican burger, medium, and I mentioned that I’d like my fries well done. After the food finally came after a very long time I tasted a french fry, and it was cold, everybody tasted them and agreed and said that they couldn’t believe that they serve them… not even warm , cold! Then I cut my burger in half and it was well done, and to top it all off the bun on it was stale and hard… like one that has been sitting out all day… keep in mind We had been there for an hour already. The Server knew something was wrong when she saw how I cut into the burger and it was well done and that we were tapping the bun commenting on how hard it was. The server, I believe her name was Michelle, from Czechoslovakia was very nice and immediately got the manager. (I think his name was Francisco.)
This was the same manager, who brought out my margarita who he knew very well, was served in a hot glass since he carried the glass in his hand. he immediately came over and started to grab the plate to say let me make a new one, but at this point I was over it… I didn’t want to wait for any more time for food that should’ve been out a lot earlier.! I showed him that the burger was well done and I ordered medium, and then I tapped on the burger bun with a spoon, which made a tapping sound which a fresh bun would not. I then picked up the fries to show them that they were cold, not even warm. He did not even apologize, he just took the plate away and asked me if I wanted anything else and at this point, I said no and he walked away. I already felt like I had been held hostage for almost an hour and a half… he then talked to the table behind us that also had a quality issue.
He never came back, never apologized. The funny thing is, I work in a restaurant and things do happen, but it’s how you fix problems and do what you have to do to make the guest happy when they leave…I think at this point he just wanted to get through with his shift and be gone.
So they took my meal off, and I tipped the server in cash what it would have been 20% before they comped my food… Even though I felt they should have done a little more (after all the food took over an hour and my first drink was watered down . My check was going to be bought by one of my guest, But he was so disappointed in everything that I picked up the check and I told him that he could take me elsewhere another time…
You have spent a lot of money, renovating a place, but if you don’t take care of the guest, when something goes wrong, they will not come back. … and they tell a lot of people. Maybe they should remember one happy guest tells a couple, one unhappy guest tells a lot more.
On my way out, I gave him another chance to apologize, and he just looked at me with a blank stare.
Update!…
So when they leave a little note at the bottom after a bad review apologizing, they say “ please contact us”, it must be just for show. I contacted them last week and I still not have heard

They served my PREGNANT friend and me alcoholic drinks when we ordered mocktails.
Met a friend for early dinner on Friday August 2nd. My friend arrived before I did, and ordered a mocktail daiquiri since she’s PREGNANT. When I arrived, the server asked if I wanted the same thing, I said yes but ordered a mocktail strawberry daiquiri instead.
The server asked for my id, I showed it to her but wondered why she needed it. I asked my friend if she was carded and she said “yes, the server explained that even though we’re ordering mocktails, the managers don’t know that when they’re doing their rounds, therefore everyone is carded”. Made sense to me.
When we received our bills, we noticed we were charged for alcoholic beverages, not the mocktails. We brought this to the servers attention. She said she’d look into it and walked away. When she came back, she said that the drinks were not mocktails but actual alcoholic drinks! The server went on to say “I didn’t want to make the assumption that you (my friend) was pregnant”. Are you insane?! Then a manager comes to apologize, my friend and I are scouring the internet to figure out what to do since she’s pregnant. Another manager comes and says to not worry about the bill.
The server then comes to apologize and after realizing we’re still sitting there frantically trying to figure out what to do, she states “yall are free to go now “. Ha!
This was a HUGE mistake on the server and bar staff. She was very flippant about the ordeal. I don’t think she realized how huge this “mistake” was. She even said “some people still drink when they’re pregnant”- what does that have to do with us?! We ordered mock tails and didn’t get what we ordered.
Much appreciation to manager who took care of the bill. It was the least they could do. If they have such careless employees like the server, will definitely not come here again, even if it’s free.
