This review is tough to make but I’m really irritated with the service here after my experience today. I went in here to get a latte and my boyfriend came in with a coffee cup from earlier today. Right as he scanned his card to pay for my drink, the lady decided to tell us we can’t be here with the other cup. Why she didn’t tell us BEFORE paying? I don’t know. But it seems pretty convenient for her. Anyways. I’m now sitting outside in the cold, a paying customer not even allowed to have a half empty old coffee cup. Not to mention this cup isn’t even advertising another brand. This cafe serves generic cups and so is the cup my boyfriend is holding? It’s extra and unnecessary all for mediocre coffee.

The mocha I ordered was great! Would definitely get it again. But the barista was rude and didn’t even care to take my order when I went in. I was waiting for a whole 15 mins, as they kept preparing other drinks and never came to the counter to take customer orders. I get that it’s busy sometimes, but acknowledge the customer came in first and make sure you will get to them. There was so much crowd near the counter I couldn’t even tell if people were waiting to order or waiting to receive. Another customer walked in and the barista took her order right in front of me even though she knew I was waiting for the past 20 mins at that point. Seating space is very limited on a crowded day, and there is a hotel attached to the cafe, which people who go for the first time like me would not be aware of. I pointed down the hallway and asked if there was extra seating there and she barely looked up and said yes. I thought it was part of the cafe and went to the hall(turned out to be hotel lobby) then had to pack my stuff and come back to the cafe to work. Would love to get that coffee again, but was the most unwelcoming experience, so probably not.

The worst and most overpriced cold brew I've ever had in my life. $0.75 extra for oat milk and $0.50 for simple syrup plus charging tax on top of that. $8 for the most basic cold brew ever. Never again. Waste of time and money. If I wanted mediocre coffee I would have went to Starbucks.

Came Tuesday at 10 am, two customers ahead of me, one barista, and it took THIRTY minutes to get my two beverages. Unacceptable. Please staff the coffee shop with ample staff

The tea and the atmosphere is incredible. Quiet - easy to work. I already forgot her name ( shenice? Sheree?) but she isn;t on the board - she should be bc she was so friendly and personable!

I literally love this location. The onlyy thing I would change is adding a phone line so that I could call and be sure Andra is there to make the best matcha I’ve ever had in my life. Please?

Seems great but at 10:49 AM on Saturday is apparently closed? Door is locked…I drove here but I guess I’m going somewhere else.

I've been here now 4 times. Each time I'm greated with the friendliest barista. One time I got here early and actually helped the nice lady set up. The coffee is very tasty. They have a cool old coffee machine and the scene is pretty cool if you sit outside.

The citrus espresso sparkler is amazing, perfect for summer days. The muffins are small, which is actually a good sign. The space is great for reading and working.

I was in search of a coffee shop so that I can sit and do some work. I came across this coffee shop and I was pleasantly surprise by its ambience and how good the coffee was. I ordered a latte like I normally do when I go to new coffee shops, and it was simply amazing. The coffee shop had numerous seating locations, and even two outdoor patios at the back. I would definitely go back again to do Work. The only downside in my opinion is the lack of parking, but it is downtown and that is to be expected.

We had quite different beverages in our party. Excellent cappuccino with espresso that wasn't bitter. Beautiful latte art on top. Lovely atmosphere

I would walk up a thousand hills everyday to have one of these wonderful lattes. 1000/1000.

I visited this place for the first time and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk, and the taste was awful—it was like burnt coffee with a sour note, and I couldn't have more than a few sips.

The building looked new, but the floor was messy and there were fruit flies everywhere, making it hard to focus on work (you can see the flies in my photos). Additionally, I was surprised to be served my coffee in a disposable cup, which I didn't expect from a place like this.

On a positive note, the staff was nice, but that alone won't bring me back.

Would not recommend.

Not always open at 7am as advertised. Went at 7:45 today and it was closed. Need my coffee and it’s good here and I don’t like having to go to Starbucks.
