The first time I went, the service was unbelievably slow. As a person who never complains, I had to speak with the manager. We waited thirty minutes for our order to be taken and to receive waters, and it was another hour after that that our drink arrived. When we spoke with the manager, he did nothing to solve our issue, besides give us a round of free shots (clearly watered down by the way). the second and third times I attempted to go, they were closed down despite their hours being listed as 3 PM - 11 PM on Google. Pretty sure this place is indefinitely closed down, but even if it’s not, don’t go. Trust me.

A friend selected this place for a get together. I couldn't even figure out how to get in the building ?. The door is up the steps but covered in faux ivy, and I couldn't tell if it was the main entrance or an emergency exit or employee only entrance at first. Once I got in our group sat under the covered patio, which was really nice. It's next to the street, but traffic is relatively slow, so you don't notice it. Our waiter was excellent. Attentive and provided good information about the menu. He did a good job handling 7 increasingly tipsy women. The drinks were amazing. If you order a flavored mojito, they bring a regular Mojito and a side of syrup/fruit ?? puree to pour in. We also got a couple of shots (I don't know what they were. The ruby red one is really good ??♀️). The food was just OK. They have an extensive menu, but I won't even list what I got for food. Instead, I'd recommend them as a fun place to grab good, cheap drinks with friends ???? that also serves food. They also offer hookahs ? but we didn't try that.

My friends told me that this place was amazing for cheap drinks and good food. We got there at 7:50 and seated at 8pm. It took them 40 mins to take our order and then another 30 mins to bring out food. When the food was brought out half of it was cold and too salty. They took another 45 mins to give us the check and forgot our drinks and charged us for it. Needless to say, the service was terrible and food mediocre. Will never be coming back again.

I would’ve left 0 stars if I could. Worst experience ever. Went to celebrate my sister’s bday on a Saturday night. No seating structure. We were brought to the table before people who had been waiting for over an hour, they were furious. Not that it matter because our server was nowhere to be found. Requests were ignored, food arrived cold, $30 frozen drinks arrived melted. It was NOTHING like what we saw online. It was awful. Then to add insult to injury. The server added an additional $10 to the small tip I (shouldn’t have) left. All the guests at my table had their tips altered too. It’s the principle. My server was Miguel. Maybe if their servers were held accountable, they provide decent service and EARN tips rather than steal them.

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and attentive. The food is amazing, it’s really hard to find Central/South American food that tastes authentic and this place really shows out! I would also recommend their drinks, so many good options and the prices are fair!

Horrible! The service was horrendous. We got there at 730 pm and were not seated until 920 pm and there was literally only 2 names on the list ahead of us. Despite thier being several open tables on the inside and outside. We made it to our table and then we ended up leaving by 1015 pm. We were never served or order was never taken. We didn't want to cause a scene so we just left. We even asked 2 servers if they had our table and still no one ever took our order. The owner was having a party and he just laughed with his guest the entire time knowing that his customers were not being served. Most of the wait staff was attending to his party of 3 guest. It was the worst experience ever. The owner did give us 3 drinks for free when he saw us waiting after 1 hour.
Terrible experience. The shots they gave us was margarita mix and the food service wasn’t good. We didn’t get served for a hour and we didn’t get our seated for an hour even though we had reservations. I hated It here. People were walking around saying they waiting too long. Terrible

It was nice that they were able to squeeze us in on such a busy night. The music was blasting but we had the opportunity to sit outside. The fish bowl frozen drink was to die for. The food was decent. Our server was extremely nice and attentive. The owner is loads of fun and very accommodating.

Visited on a Tuesday evening but there was no wait. We were seated in their covered patio area. Depending on the time of day, I'm sure it can get warm under there but they do have fans going. It took a while to establish our waiter but once that happened we quickly ordered our food. I got the BLT Tacos that have fried chicken and my friend and I shared the bowl pictured. It's pretty strong so I suggest sharing if driving. They will give you a togo cup for your drink too. I loved the decor on each table and the taste of the food. Would definitely return!

Very poorly managed. We were barely acknowledged and the bar tender told us we wouldn't be attended for a very long time. Pretty much insinuating we should leave.Go to Roxx Tavern next door. Service was so much better and the food is amazing

The wait for a table alone was an hour. There is so much chaos goin on at this restaurant. The servers on the other hand are very nice and attentive. I’ve been trying to reach the restaurant multiple times but they never answer the phone also, they should update their business hours on Google. Google says one thing and Apple Maps says another thing.
