The food is excellent no complains there. But the customer service terrible. It’s my third time coming here and the cashier is rude because they had my food ready but first I needed to go get my salsas for my tacos and she was rushing me out and once I walked over to get my food to go which I always do they all ignored me when I was waiting for them to hand me my food they walked towards the back and I had to ask for it and she was right in front of me ignoring me so that is what might stop me from coming back.

My 3rd time to one of their locations. Absolutely great. I've had something different every time and it was stuffed with steak or chicken , just like the big burritos they serve up in Chicago which, Until now I found none else comparable in Atlanta . Sandwiches are just as good . I'm a Las Tortas Locas fan now.

The beef consommé has a very strange flavor, it is not delicious nor did the barbacoa taco taste much like a condiment, otherwise I recommend it

Usually love Las Tortas Locas, but this location’s service is so BAD. I’ve tried going to this location twice now and every time there’s a different issue. This time the cashier, Marial, swears that I ordered nachos when I ordered a taco salad (she also repeated the entire order back to me before I paid). When I received the wrong order she tells me that I ordered nachos and she definitely remembers me ordering nachos and it cannot be changed AT ALL. She refused to do anything about it. Save yourself the time and just don’t go here.

This is where many of us eat ?the only thing they told me was “I don't know what moment it got into” obviously we wanted an explanation or for them to change it but not even that we ordered a shitload of food 6 drinks 6cakes and some tacos did we eat it? Didn't it disgust us? Yes ? we throw it away yes ? money in the trash? Yes, because you don't feel like it, they abused the employee because of the disgust she gave me?
