Usually love Las Tortas Locas, but this location’s service is so BAD. I’ve tried going to this location twice now and every time there’s a different issue. This time the cashier, Marial, swears that I ordered nachos when I ordered a taco salad (she also repeated the entire order back to me before I paid). When I received the wrong order she tells me that I ordered nachos and she definitely remembers me ordering nachos and it cannot be changed AT ALL. She refused to do anything about it. Save yourself the time and just don’t go here.

We love going to Las Tortas locas, the food has good flavor, a good variety of sauces and the prices are reasonable.
This is where many of us eat ?the only thing they told me was “I don't know what moment it got into” obviously we wanted an explanation or for them to change it but not even that we ordered a shitload of food 6 drinks 6cakes and some tacos did we eat it? Didn't it disgust us? Yes ? we throw it away yes ? money in the trash? Yes, because you don't feel like it, they abused the employee because of the disgust she gave me?
These fools really hung up on me when i tried placing a order on the phone, so i called them back & they said "no english" & hung up. If i could give no Stars I
