Restaurant listed as open in Google Maps and Open Table. Answering machine at restaurant didn't have a message either. So, after making a reservation and driving there, we found the restaurant closed.
The restaurant is closed. This is so upsetting - we drove all the way, parked the car and paid for parking to find out that it is closed long time ago. Not trusting OPEN TABLE ANYMORE! Should not you check the business before you make a reservation? Bad business OpenTable, bad business!!!!
Le Fat appears to have closed without notice. When we showed up for our reservation, doors were locked, chairs were on top of tables, and no one answered the phone. We had enjoyed previous visits and are disappointed the restaurant has closed.
Made a reservation for a double date - showed up, paid for parking & the business was closed. Truly sad that I never got to try it.
I made a reservation on open table. When I showed up at the restaurant and it was not opened. No notification or anything. Everywhere online said it was opened.
Well, I had a reservation for August 1st for 7 people. When I arrived at the restaurant, the door was locked and no one was inside, despite the fact that I could make the reservation through Open Table. I'm not certain whether the restaurant (which is one of my favorites in Atlanta) is permanently closed, was closed for that particular date, or Open Table offered reservations on a date that the place was closed.
They need to change their hours online I’ve tried to come here 2x . Once at 1pm and another at 10pm and both times they were closed . I won’t be coming back

Not a good experience. The floor and tables are sticky. Foods are oily, took them a very long time to get our dishes ready and already cold when they served them….

Sunday was our first visit here.
We were truly impressed with the restaurant and crew. Our waitstaff was attentive and provided great food suggestions with our group.
Highly recommend the clay pot chicken and calamari appetizer.
The drinks were well crafted and truly flavorful.

Since it was Sunday, parking was free.
For anyone interested in a fusion of Laotian, Vietnamese with a touch of French cuisine, I would highly recommend visiting this establishment before it gets too popular with the brunch crowd.
Parking: Free parking on Sundays
Kid-friendliness: Our waiter was very patient and accommodating of our two kids.

Food and service were very good! Just notice the place was a little bit untidy and the floor was dirty. It was a quiet night, value for the food and drinks is good and all the staff was super friendly !

I've been craving the claypot chicken rice bowl - and it was as good as I remembered it! The servers are always great, and very friendly. Remains one of my favorite spots in West Midtown. Do beware though, that you do have to pay for parking, and I would recommend street parking over the garage parking which is 3-4x the price.
Mike was our server, host, manager and bartender- his level of friendliness, service and hospitality was off the chart! Would go back just to see Mike ! A real asset to the experience. The food was delicious!
Great food and excellent service
Dietary restrictions: They were great at clarifying about ingredients.

The food was great but I was disappointed that our table and the floors were noticeably sticky--like the place could use a good scrubbing. It didn't help that my menu was stained. This the reason I gave low marks for ambiance. Hope this improves or I will have to resort to take-out only because I am a huge fan of the food (especially the clay-pot chicken and drunken noodles). Service was great--friendly and knowledgeable, but they appeared short staffed with all of them pulling double or triple duty. There were only 10 or less tables seated but we had a long wait for drinks because they were sitting on the bar. Appetizers and food were delivered in a timely manner though
My second time at Le Fat. The food is a so good, I can't believe it wasn't packed. Our server and the bartender were also personable and attentive. Will return for more Lemongrass Shrimp. ?
