I love this location and all of the choices! You can get drinks, dinner, lunch, something sweet, AND walk on the beltline.
Lee and White are you going to do something about the predatory parking agency that is driving away your business and local community??? I live nearby and loved coming up here until they chose to engage with predatory parking agency Park DNA. The lot posts that your first two hours are free as long as you register, and you cant add any validation while you are in the free period, so its very easy to forget and go a couple minutes over. I did this and received an $85 ticket when I briefly lost track of time and let my pass go 15 minutes past the two hour limit. I can understand a $25 or even $40 ticket. $85 is just predatory. Beware parking here. I stopped coming as much which is really sad.
Just received a $100 parking bill! I usually patronize Lee+White 2-3 a month (at least) and on average spend between $20-$60 (and sometimes more) at Costa, Good AF Burgers, Kimbop, the Sweet Red Peach, Monday Night Garage, Black Coffee, Wild Haven or Gustos…So imagine my surprise getting a bill from Parking DNA with a picture of my car and tag 😵💫
So not only am I being surveilled, I can’t enjoy my food and take a walk? 🤔
I paid for parking once and chalked it up to it being an event due to all the car shows that were popping up. However, on a regular day? In an empty parking lot? I THINK NOT!
If I’m patronizing the businesses, I shouldn’t have to pay for parking.
This is very deceptive 🤷🏾♀️
Awesome something for everyone, especially the new Grady health center!!!
My friends and I are done coming here after the new parking garbage got setup. The vendors are now missing out on about $150/month from us. We could street park across the way, but we're not going to give the complex ANY money for their actions.
I've lived on the westside for four years now and am an avid Lee + White fan. I go to trivia every tuesday at Wild Heaven and climb regularly with my Overlook membership as well as enjoy dining at the food hall. Both of these places offer validation, but within the last week, they have prevented you from validating under *after the free period* which is SUCH a turnoff for someone who usually will spend over two hours here. L&W is not interested in building community at the companies leasing from them, only profit. There really should be a locals pass. I and others should not be worrying about extending free parking to enjoy the businesses we regular, and the fear of doing it wrong should not be consuming ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR SUPPORT OPTION ON THE PARKING APP DOESN'T WORK LOL.
This is a great place to go and relax. Good food and drinks. But don't park there unless you're willing to pay a lot for parking. Park at the west end train station and walk 3 blocks if your feeling adventurous. But be careful.
Predatory parking policies have completely changed the experience at Lee + White. They’ve installed license plate surveillance cameras to track vehicles and automatically bill visitors.
We’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years and have been coming to Lee + White since the early days of the BeltLine. We have never once had to pay for parking until these recent changes.
It feels like longtime local residents and customers are now being taken advantage of. Unfortunately, because of this shift, we won’t be returning or supporting the businesses there.
I call this place a mini ponce city market. It’s directly connected to the Beltline and also there are some really good restaurants from Mexican to wine bars to American grills. It’s so much that you can do in this space whether you are into sports just want to chill or even just want to explore.
They use Flock cameras to track their paid parking. Undoubtably sharing your license plate and info. Terrible business.

Beautiful location.
My family and I visited this location for an event. I saw one sign that said to pay, but I assumed I didn’t have to pay because there was a huge event happening that Sunday. There were a ton of people there and I did not see many people attempting to pay. Regardless, the amount that they’re charging for not paying on the day seems outrageous. I received a bill of $85 plus an extra five dollars processing fee. I am aware I probably should’ve read the signs a little bit more and not just assume. But to charge almost $90 for not paying; seems a little ridiculous. I’ve never had to pay this much money for a parking fee. Definitely will not be returning to this location.
Your parking lot payment system sucks! You're about to kill every business in there
Like others said… WATCH OUT FOR PARKING FEES! It’s no longer free over 2 hrs.
The lot cameras automatically take photos of your license plates and there is very little and easily missable signage displaying paying and registering your car for parking.
I was sent a $90!!!!! fine for missing the payment the next day. This is an extremely greedy & scammy practice. If you want people to pay, put more clear obvious signage up on poles near the parking spaces.
I’ve been coming to Wild Heaven at Lee + White for years and love it. The improvements to traffic flow and added cameras in the parking lot have made the area feel noticeably safer, especially compared to how hectic it could get in the past.
It’s great to see thoughtful updates that make the experience better overall.
