Im surprised by these reviews. For late night, its great food. Even for normal hours its pretty good. I've had the shrimp fried rice (plenty shrimp) and the steak philly. The steak philly was one of the best around. Not the best. But maybe like top 5. And I've had the wings before and they are mediocre. But overall great food for the price and service.

Tried this restaurant for the first time at 2am. The food was delicious and they followed instructions about condiments
Terrible. Never again. Stop serving old food before yall kill someone and end up in prison. I will be calling the health department to come do a thorough inspection on dates of foods, quality of food, and cleanliness in the kitchen and coolers. You never know who you are serving, and thankfully my aunt works for the heath department.

The neighborhood is a little questionable but, didn't stop us from getting our food. Chicken fried rice was good, shrimp lol mein was good and the shrimp fried rice was good. The teriyaki wings were too hard. I would not get those again. The red velvet cake and strawberry cake were both dry.
EDIT 07/27/25 Visiting ATL and we had to come to Legend Cafe. Philly egg rolls, shrimp fried rice and chicken fried rice is amazing! I made it my business to come to the Southside for this.
Food is always fresh & delish! My only complaint was hair in my food my last visit and the manager took it quite lightly. He joked and said it may be his. He replaced my food order by i feel he should done something for extra time i had to wait. I was there from 5pm when they opened to 5:47pm i was the first to place my order.

The wings are banging and the House Rice is on point! They never disappoint. I am devastated that I when my buzzer rang I forgot to get my yum yum sauce and 2 slices of cake before I left!! 😩😩😩😠I wanted that cake so bad!
