Management is absolutely disgusting. The male manager thinks he is bigger and better than the program. Has a very very nasty attitude which makes you not want to enter into the restaurant. The food is pricey and honestly not worth the hype. Enter at your own risk. And if you need help, do not go to the male manager. See the female manager. She is a decent human being and helped me with my problem after several encounters with the male manager. I wish I had enough characters to give you my entire experience. I’m born and raised in Atlanta so I know the restaurant culture like the back of my hand. This isn’t it. You’re going for aesthetics and a pretty picture on Instagram.
My Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening and meal! Great food! Great Atmosphere! Will definitely be back!!!
We enjoyed our lunch at True Food Kitchen in Atlanta -- the food is tasty and the service is good. The healthy and good-for-the-planet options are always much appreciated. The parking at Lenox Mall is a real drag. The prices are a little high but that is also probably due to the premium location in Lenox Mall.
Love this place - the vibe, and the menu area always great. Gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options aplenty. While we had to wait about ten minutes to be recognized by a server, once Rashad (I believe this was his name) saw us he have phenomenal service. Ordered the butternut squash pizza, gluten-free crust. Honest feedback on dishes when asked, even when I ordered the egg nog crème brûlée (which I loved). I eat here often and will always return.
This is a great restaurant. It is upscale casual and the food is excellent. The service was very friendly. The only negative would be that it was a little noisy, but every restaurant is these days. I will definitely be back.
We had never seen their Holiday menu before. It was wonderful and $75 for an appetizer tower, choice of entrees, and choice of desserts for two people. They didn't have the dessert we wanted and were willing to swap for one on the regular menu. Wonderful service. We will be back.
The food was ok, drinks were ok, nothing special on either. We had very poor service. Delay in taking order, did not get water for 5–0 min, never circled back to see if we needed anything. It was not busy so.... Maybe the server was just having a bad day. Given all of the excellent options in ATL, we are unlikely to try it again anytime soon.
Food was decent, not as good as past times. Restaurant was very quiet. Server was green - offered us desert while we were still eating dinner. There was a mix up with the drink order which they fixed no problem but then charged us for the drinks we didn't have.
Server Arielle was very sweet and attentive. Food and drink came out quickly. The iced matcha horchata was soooo good. Kale salad was good also. Vegan burger was good. Chicken sandwich a little dry needs more bbq sauce. Didn't like the jalapenos.
My first time dining here and it was a 10/10 experience. Service was excellent, food was hot and delicious. Drinks were made well. Clean bathroom and beautiful overall ambiance. Can't wait to visit again!

I normally love True Food Kitchen and usually go to the one in Alpharetta. Went to the Atlanta TFK for my birthday with my family and had a terrible experience. Started with our water tasting like it had mold in it (probably due to the dispenser tube not being cleaned or filters not being replaced). Waitress was rude and kept rolling her eyes when walking away like we were a bother. Food was not up to par and my husband's was brought with chicken instead of tofu as ordered. By the time he got his meal the rest of us were done eating. Fingerling potatoes were just regular roasted potatoes with very little seasoning. She never took any dirty plates/glasses away even though more food was delivered. There were 7 of us and the whole table was stacked with dirty dishes when we left. I asked for a wine menu which the waitress never brought. I could go on...NEVER going back! Waitress was so rude it ruined my birthday lunch with my family.
The service was good, semi-timely. The food was very poor. It lacked flavor entirely. We had the Korean Bowl, Panang Curry, Hawaiian Fried Rice and my kids had the burger and Chicken Terriyaki bowl. The manager was great and talked us through the mindfulness of the menu, the intent of our dishes and recommended some desserts. The experience would have been highly recommended if the food was better.
Exceptional service and superb dinner! Best chefs in this TFK! Cauliflower , date pistachio starter cannot be beat, Brussels sprouts came in a close second ... delicious flatbread and edamame guacamole !! Entrees were bison pizza and vegan beet walnut burger ~ dessert divine... squash pie and apple crisp! We love to sample all, and take partial home for the next day! Bravo to the team in Atlanta TFK we were greeted soooo pleasantly , such a personable hostess , followed by sensational attentive service !
The food was delicious. Martin made a fantastic suggestion for my main dish and I loved it. If you get the turkey burger, add carmelized onions! They also have a lot of tasty gluten free options, which worked very well for our group.
Delicious, fresh food. Attentive service, especially with my son's food allergies. A smidge loud on the patio with cars and motorcycles passing nearby, but nothing to worry about. Joel (Joe-ell) was great, explained the menu and helped with recommendations as well. Will definitely return!
