I got a Philly cheesesteak, and while it came in what looked like a hot dod bun, the meat was seasoned and cooked to perfection! For only $10!!!
The beers are obviously pricey but I have a feeling this must be an airport contract and they have to sell at that price so I’m not blaming them for that at all.
How great too (for me) the people were SLEEPING on this restaurant and there was no line. I got my food immediately, sat at the bar and chilled before my flight.
My partner got chicken tenders and fries, and while they were probably something frozen, they were fried perfectly AND seasoned after. The seasoning really made them.
Customer service was a little shy at first but while the gentleman with the nose ring and loca prepared our food he made a few jokes and loosened up and was quite hospitable. Seems like it took him a sec to warm up, probably just shy but was very kind. Hopefully not judged too quickly by others!

I have never experienced something so bad in a airport. Food was bad, but the service was worse. It was the lack luster employee who was horrible. I'm sure the place would be better with out that person, the way this employee food presentation was bad. I've had better 8am hotdogs at seven eleven. I was looking foward to going to get a decent dog all he said he had on the menu was a brat when I tried to order Italian dog. I agree, if I'm going to complain I should go somewhere else...and I will.....

I got the Chicago because I thought for $10 I would at least get a hot dog bigger than the small size hotdogs. Seriously, for $10 why not spend the money on the Sam's club size hot dogs. Ate, nothing special taste like a cheap hotdog with toppings. Nothing about it was worth more than $4. Service poor, he took my order and went back talking to guy that was. Didn't ask of I wanted anything to drink. Didn't ask how I like it, nothing, just talked to the guy. The 2 stars is effort to make the hotdog.

Two guys 'working' - actually sitting at the end of the bar - and couldn't be interested in getting up to serve a customer. I walked away realizing why it's the only place in the terminal with no customers.

I stumbled into this simply because it was across from my gate but what a gem. I had the Italian Beef sandwich and fries, delicious. Fast service and very friendly. Near C35. Definitely worth the stop.
