Liquid Bar(Smoothies sales in LA fitness)

I count 4 pieces of equipment out of service, one of which has been out of service for months! We pay good money to come here. Fix it!

What happened to all the paper towel dispensers? If you want to be known for being cheap and poor customer service, you're doing a great job!

La Fitness has two locations in Atlanta, GA that are very subpar from all the other locations when it comes to their customer service and time of operation. At Old National location, there is this African American female that works the early am shift(5am) whose attitude is as cold as ice ? not to mention if you park in her self proclaim parking spot up front that she will embarrass you and scold you on the spot telling you to not park in her parking space?. At the Camp Creek location, they never open on time! Yesterday, this location decided to open the doors at 5:35am (regular time is 5am). La Fitness is a very nice gym but t staff they put in these places are TRULY a turn off! Beware, not of falling weights but the attitudes, poor customer service, and irregular opening times.

The worse place to sign up for membership , the sale staff in the North druid hill location is racism and they lye to you when you subscribe, they don't disclose their contracts properly and hide fees like activation fee and anual membership the facilities are not in great condition pool heater is always down and when you ask for resolution their staff is rude and disrespectful a don't recommend this place

Maintenance/cleaning no consideration fir guests in Stonemountain. Sauna taken down each day from 5:05 to 5:55 or so for “cleaning”. But the guy spends 10 minutes cleaning it and then starts doing other stuff. As you wait you find 3 out of the 4 sinks still have no soap. I don’t know how much broom cleaning daily is needed for almost an hour.

This gym is not being respectful of people’s conditions that make returning to any “public” gym context dangerous. They also take messages and never return phone calls regarding the above. With cases climbing once again, this club chooses to just keep charging for services that can’t be used by this member at this time.

Great gym. I've been going here for about 2 years now. The pool is real nice and usually has free lanes.
