I get what this restaurant is going for, and there are some hits and some misses.

Food - very unique flavor combos. Some of flavors don’t go well together IMO, but every dish makes you pause and discuss. There were a few big hits, couple mehs. One dish everyone in the party disliked. We ordered every dish on the menu.

Service - this was a miss. Server looked like a millennial, but had the flat demeanor of a Gen Z. Polite but zero enthusiasm...
