Came in today ordered crazy puffs came back 2 times nobody at the coutner came back the third time still asking for my food never got it just wasted money.

Me and the kids eat it up every time! Five dollars for a pizza you'll never forget maybe you will I don't know you ha ha! But seriously, trust me on this. You won't go wrong with a pizza to this caliber. The finest pizza in all of ATL. The handcrafted dough moist as all get out not to mention the melted cheese that melts right in your mouth and the best part the pepperoni protein packed meat filled fun. It doesn't get any better than that. An adventure for your mouth who wouldn't love it? I mean, come on it's Little Caesars! Pizza pizza out, my dude's! đđ

I donât understand why I cannot order more than three pizzas when I went into the restaurant today the manager told me that I cannot order more than three pizzas on one order. The pizza is always burnt and old and dry I hate coming here the Wait, time is ridiculous

After the owner made their comment, I called the number listed. After trying twice and never connecting with a representative, I decided to share my experience here for others to evaluate for themselves.
I did not cancel my order because the staff at the store were rude, even though they were. I also did not cancel my order because of the quality of the foodâI never received it. I canceled my order because the food was intended for a university event that was canceled due to a shelter-in-place protocol on campus. When I explained to the employee at the store that there was a lockdown at my school and an active gunman on campus, she didnât show any concern. Her response was, âHow inconsiderate of you to cancel your order.â
I calmly explained that I understood her frustration but needed to cancel the order because of circumstances beyond my control. Her reply: âNo, Iâm not refunding a big order like yours.â While still in the store, I called corporate and was finally able to speak with a representative from Little Caesarâs, who was very understanding of the situation. Meanwhile, the employee at the store told my friend and me to get out or âelse.â
Let me be frank: Little Caesarâs has lost a customer for life. I will never order foodâor even buy a bottle of waterâfrom this company again. I will also strongly recommend to everyone I know that if they want Little Caesarâs pizza, they do not order from this location. This store is poorly run, has terrible customer service, and could care less about its customers. Once they get their bills, they head for the hills.

I specifically asked for a stuffed crust. We checked the box and it was not stuffed crust and went back just for them to tell us that itâll be 7 more dollars for a stuff crust?????!!??? In the website itâs 11$ this was disappointing. Donât recommend coming to this little Caesars Iâve been to multiple little Caesars and they were never like this one .
