Ohhhh baby !!! We tried to place a order for a event that's coming up in a 1 1/2 and some guy answers the phone NOT ONLY ONCE BUT TWICE!!! Picked up that phone and said "Why would you call,we don't open until 1030" worry an attitude and hung up on me INSTANTLY afterwards. We had a nice tip and all they were going to get but I'm glad nothing went through because with that type of service... Don't deserve it !!! If there was a such thing as a negative 0...Id give them that. There's no telling what the homeless ppl were giving this to would've came in contact with smh!!!

Heavy set lady at counter is the rudest I’ve ever seen. Then taking orders being rude with crumbs all over your mustache is crazy glad it’s a door dash order and not my food.
Closes early basically, whenever they get ready, stop accepting orders via DoorDash and Uber eats don’t Answer The phone at all lies about order being picked up because they’re about to get off in 15 minutes and they rather not fix the order at all.

Store closes at 10pm, it's 8pm and u only have cheese n pepperoni pizza only till closing, no wings. Is it the store or the employees, whichever way it's a bad look!!!
The best service this location has had was when they opened up. I live 10min walk down the road and remember when they opened. The customer service has gone down hill ever since then. I dont know if they'll ever get it back. I don't know how this location manages to never have pizza hot or ready as the company advertises. Waiting 1 hr/45 mins/...every single time I come to this location. They never have basic items such as icbs, cheese pizza, or a pepperoni pizza made. Lost an hr worth of business on a Saturday night at 8pm, because of poor preparation is insane from a business perspective when you close at 11pm. Whatever pizzas you finally make, will be wasted product. Maybe one day this location will...get it together. From the look of the other comments and ratings from 1 yr ago maybe not. 🤔
