...she doesn't have a name tag on or anything ...she is the most disrespectful and non. Professional woman that I have ever dealt with ....and I just want to make sure that this company doesn't lose anymore more money because of such a riasco....my family has been in here for over 30byeqrw and we have never experienced such a disrespectful atmosphere....when I tried to acquire her name she refused and insulted me...ibask for the immediate removal of such individual...

....is with slick back hair she has on gray and blqck and is a woman of elderly quality...on ordser to maintain he integrity and and honor of this business I do recommend the termination of her employment in order to beget any further actions to be taken place

New management needed ASAP. Besides the poor customer service.. I walked in at 11:35a and I was told that nothing was prepared because store just opened. “I just unlocked the doors.” Hours are listed that the store opens at 10am.

I have a love/hate relationship with Little Ceasars. I like beef on my pizza, so when I ask if you have beef & say yes then when I arrive & told some b.s. & there is NO BEEF, then Im pissed. I asked FIRST & was told YES WE HAVE BEEF only to arrive & being told THERE IS NO BEEF!!! I was truly pissed off. AND TELL THE MANAGER TO STOP HANGING UP IN YOUR CUSTOMERS FACES!!!!

Phone number doesn’t work for call in orders. Since when does the cheese bread not automatically come with the sauce and ranch not automatically come with the wings. Extremely frustrating to have different locations doing different things.

Woman at the front was a sweetheart and the food was good. Timing was a bit odd. Everyone order the same thing yet the 3 people that came after me was served before.

Normally yall do a good job. Idk who yall had on the pizzas Jan. 27th but they baked their FUNKY PERFUME into the pizza I ordered for my family. The smell was all over the pizza. Disgusting.

I asked for a pizza with extra cheese and sauce and was charged more than normally. As an employee, I would assume your job would be to give the customer the best deal which would have been charging me for a Extramostbestest pizza. Then on top of that, I got home and my pizza was undercooked. I’m sick & disgusted. Never again!

So we had ordered from DoorDash, 2 pizzas. I would later receive my message from my DoorDash driver that this restaurant had not made one of our pizzas. The Reason they gave is they claimed all the ingredients were already put away. If that was true, then my then how come my first pizza was made? It was the exact same order with one topping different, received at the exact same time. So the only logical explanation, is that this location saw my order, and simply decided not to make the second pizza. Not forgot, decided. Because The explanation provided makes absolutely no sense.

I paid for the order now I must petition DoorDash for a refund, because this location did not have the professionalism to simply complete my order. And then decided provide an explanation, which made no sense at all, and was simply a cop out.

Also, my order was placed nearly an hour before the store closed. There should have been absolutely no issue with the items being put away for night.

This location is insanely slow. I’ve waited about 40 minutes for a simple order. The cheese on the crazy puff was not melted internally, the pizza is poorly cut, and nothing tasted freshly made. Other locations are much more reliable if you can avoid this one. It did not taste good at all on my last visit in particular. Never going back.
