*****DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM LOADED POTATO BAR THROUGH GOOGLE IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM *****Somebody is using this business Google to drive their business up but are not able to produce the same quality. I was so disappointed I drove 45 min to a food hub to order food through a kiosk from God knows who and they sure wont present their self so you can see who is insulting you what they are serving you.

My family and I love to order to go and pick up. We’ve came here numerous times and have never had a bad experience up until this past week.I checked the hours on the website, and it said they were open so I placed an online order.Drove almost 30 mins there only to discover it was closed.My card was still charged, I have called over 20 times these past few days and nobody answers. Went to the establishment and it was closed even though the hours said they were open.Love the potatoes but we won’t be coming back. Still waiting to be reimbursed as we spent $60, but like I said nobody answers.Horrible customer service.

We are from out of town and my mom and sister told me how great this place was. So we made the drive after our event on Friday. They close at 8:30pm. We got there at 7:15pm. They were closed. Sunday we came at 11:36am. They open at 11:00am. CLOSED. We are so upset and this is ridiculous. We will never be back. Also to get to here there areao many twists and turns only to get here and they are conatab closed. Unacceptable. When are they ever open?

I had dinner here yesterday and the Biggie potato was great. Service was great and quick, The food was so good. They have a lot of different options, I would definitely check them out again.

I have ordered and eaten from The Loaded Potato Bar many, many times. I attempted to order last week as I normally do, however; the online ordering was down as they were experiencing a power outage.Today, I was relieved to see the online ordering was available (it saves on time for me). I placed my usual order. My drive to the establishment is 46 minutes each way. I get home and take two bites, delicious as always. The third scoop in, I see something black. At first glance I thought it was charred broccoli. I place it on a napkin only to discover it is a BUG.I have tried calling the restaurant numerous times, no answer. Whereas, I wholeheartedly believe in supporting Black and Brown Owned businesses, I am sad to say this is my last time supporting.My review is not to tear down yet bring awareness to the Manager and Owner(s). I hope additional safety measures are reviewed and enforced to ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers.

Parking: Parking can be somewhat challenging depending on the busyness of the plaza. If there is a flow of customers between The Loaded Potato Bar and the other businesses, you may have to wait until someone comes out or park elsewhere and walk over.

I give this 3 stars there were a few things I saw wrong with this place starting with the customer service noone was out front only 1 cook in the back and no suggestions or help to be given the person acted like we were a bother to be there! Next with the prices are to expensive for a potato! The music is turned up so loud you can't hear yourself think( a little goes a long way) and There is no where to sit except outside it was raining and the chairs are so small and metal and not made for anyone with hips. The food was good I will say that expensive but very good it's just the atmosphere was uninviting and uncomfortable and the service was less than I expected.

Don’t try and go within 30 minutes of their advertised closing time. There was a hand written sign saying “sold out” at 8pm even though there are people waiting inside. We tried to order ahead at 7:40 and the system told me online orders were unavailable AFTER I entered my credit card info. Drove 20 minutes here. I guess they’ll magically have more potatoes tomorrow when the staff feels like working…

The service staff was awesome, place was clean. However, It states dine-in, BUT it's not( at the time). Needed to informed "no sweet potato" before I placed my order.

I was riding past this place in Vinings and decided to go in. Upon entering the restaurant there was no one to greet us and I stood there confused until I noticed the "Order Here" sign on the wall. All of the 2 employees were in the back making orders. Looking at the menu, I noticed the potatoes range from $12- $40 which is a drastic jump. After ordering, I waited for my food while the employees were running back and forth calling order numbers. Everyone who was standing and waiting for their food inside was confused because the ordering kiosk did not give a receipt or order number.I would recommend ordering online or before you come to the restaurant. After ordering, I waited 37 mins for my potato. This is not a place you can pick up some food and go, which is what I was trying to do. It also seemed like online orders received priority over orders placed in the store.The food was great which is why I gave it 3 stars, I would go back but never ordering in the restaurant again.
