i ordered the buy one get one free salmon rasta pasta, and let's begin with the smell, before i opened it i could smell it wasn't salmon i can smell it had to be tuna or something else, i tried eating it, but the after taste was so fishy i couldn't fathom to finish it.

We placed an order at 12 and left at 2:15 with NO FOOD. we called several times they said the food was cooking and it should be ready in 15 mins. After that crickets! Poor customer service. The least we could have received was an apology! We had to contact Chownow for a refund.

Tried Patty's for the first time last night and got the Rasta pasta sampler, salmon eggrolls, loaded philly cheese steak fries, and the chicken quesadilla sampler. I loved that they had the 5$ sampler option, for someone like me who likes to try everything. All of the flavors were great and it was cooked to perfection, especially loved the amount of crispy-ness of the fries and eggrolls. Only took away a star because I got a Philly cheesesteak eggrolls instead of the salmon one that I ordered. It was still really good but I was excited to try something new (Philly eggrolls are more common than salmon). Definitely going to try out their menu again soon!

This place is truly a gem! I've been ordering from Patty's Kitchen before it was even a restaurant and I must say the food has NEVER disappointed! I'm so happy the world will get to taste what my taste buds have enjoyed for years! It's truly a delight! From the service, to the ambiance. My family and I love to order to go and pick up. We’ve came here numerous times and have never had a bad experience up until this past week.I checked the hours on the website, and it said they were open so I placed an online order.Drove almost 30 mins there only to discover it was closed.My card was still charged, I have called over 20 times these past few days and nobody answers. Went to the establishment and it was closed even though the hours said they were open.Love the potatoes but we won’t be coming back. Still waiting to be reimbursed as we spent $60, but like I said nobody answers.Horrible customer service.

We are from out of town and my mom and sister told me how great this place was. So we made the drive after our event on Friday. They close at 8:30pm. We got there at 7:15pm. They were closed. Sunday we came at 11:36am. They open at 11:00am. CLOSED. We are so upset and this is ridiculous. We will never be back. Also to get to here there areao many twists and turns only to get here and they are conatab closed. Unacceptable. When are they ever open?
